Fantastic villa with private pool and stunning views Serra de Tramuntana

This house was great, excellent location, near large supermarkets and to lovely towns. The pool was fab and the house had everything we needed. Communication was excellent with the house owner, he replied promptly when we had questions, he also told us of local events that might be of interest to us.

Lovely country side estate! Very private with beautiful private pool. House has two large bedrooms. One had two twin beds, which was about the only downfall. Kitchen was perfectly supplied, even lots of Tupperware! We had bikes delivered and enjoyed biking every day! Highly recommended!

The house was exactly as described. Its location is ideal- no other houses nearby, surrounded by fields but 1 minute drive to the main rd into Alcúdia but no traffic noise. Definitely need a car but then quick to get to both Alcúdia and Pollença. The property manager was quick to solve any issues (additional key, fan for the mezzanine)..it was too hot to cook outside which was a shame as we would have liked to bbq and use the pizza oven but the temperatures were too hot. Whilst secluded the property had safe access behind gates. The pool is a perfect size and there’s lots of shaded seating too. A perfect house all round!

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. The owners were so responsive and helpful, villa was clean and well equipped. Excellent WiFi and air con throughout (which was very welcome in 36 degree heat) lovely pool (don’t buy inflatables they have a stock of loads!) and outside area with comfortable seating, BBQ, pool shower area and pretty gardens. We can’t wait to return. 5 stars all the way.

We really enjoyed our 7day stay at Can Malanyo. The house, pool and surrounding garden was even better than expected. We had everything you can wish for, the house was very well equipped for 6 persons wanting to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Great outdoor spaces both close to the house and to the pool perfect for barbeque and socializing. A kitchen with all appliances with dining table and TV room in an open space, 2 separate bedrooms and a big bathroom in the main building that had welcomed air con. Separate house with bathroom close to the pool. Calm and relaxing environment in the secluded garden but still close, 7-10 min by car, to Alcudia and Pollenca city centers with stores and restaurants. Beautiful beaches and sightseeing points a short drive away. With the exceptional hospitality of the host we felt very welcomed. We can highly recommend a stay in this beautiful villa!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. the location is great, really easy to get to and just a short trip to lots of beach options. The hosts are always available and gave lots of good local recommendations. The villa has everything you need and the pool is brilliant. We will be back!

We felt very welcome by the owners. We took their recommendations for restaurants and a trip to Cabrera, the blue sea cave was a highlight. The villa is stunning. It is better than the photos! We spent many hours in the pool and had lunch on the veranda daily. It was very peaceful and the perfect break away.

My family and I had the most wonderful holiday staying at this beautiful villa. The property and surrounding grounds are impressive, peaceful, clean and well maintained, with excellent facilities. Amazing views of the surrounding countryside and fantastic location with Alcudia and Puerto Pollenca close by. The owners were very attentive and keen to ensure we got the most out of our stay. We will definitely be looking to stay again in the very near future. We fully recommend this property to anyone considering booking. You won’t be disappointed!

We enjoyed a wonderful 10 nights in this lovely villa. Juan and Maria have created a villa that is homely and spacious with a fantastic pool and outside area - we loved it. When we arrived Juan came to meet us and said he wanted us to feel the villa was our home and that was exactly how we felt! Although situated in countryside the villa is only a few miles from Alcudia and Pollenca, with the Tramuntana mountains within easy driving distance. We spent many a morning and evening watching the sun rise and set over them from the terrace of the villa. Like other guests, We too loved the inflatable flamingo and we affectionately called her Flo! This was our first time to Majorca and the island and villa did not disappoint. Thank you Juan and Maria!
