Nearly every room has a sprawling mountain view with the famous Mount Redoubt front and center. You will enjoy 3000 sq. ft. of custom home with an open floor plan, formal living space and entertainment room, master bedroom and bath with an extra large tub and a queen bed. Other bedrooms include a 2nd room with a king bed, a 3rd room with a queen bed and a 4th bedroom suite with two doubles and its own television. There is a twin sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room plus full and twin air mattresses. The home easily sleeps 12. Professionally furnished home located on the Kenai River. The house has undergone annual updates during the off season. The property features a walkway to a private fishing dock with fish cleaning station. The fishing platform is generally available mid May through the 1st of October weather permitting. Beautiful views of the river from the wraparound deck. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are located in the main home. One bedroom and bathroom are in the detached shop/garage on the property and are only available May-October. All bathrooms have recently been constructed or completely renovated. Main level features a large gourmet kitchen, living area with fireplace, dining area, 3 bedrooms (one King master and two bedrooms with Queens) and 2 bathrooms, laundry room, sunroom, and large deck with beautiful views of the Kenai River.
