Wonderful stonebuilt villa with amazing panoramic sea-country views

We visited the villas with a group of friends and children ranging in age from 2-13. The accommodation worked really well for us and the pool/grass areas were perfect for the children. Thank you for a great week.

We are a family of 25 and we stayed for a week in April at this fantastic place. We really enjoyed our stay and Vicky (one of the hosts) helped us in any way possible. I cannot imagine a better place to spend your holidays on Crete, it's really unique! Can highly recommend this property.

Our family (all 19 of us) ranging in ages from 13 years to 80 stayed in Villa Arodamos for a week from 28th July.Our stay was a wonderful experience, the villas were beautifully clean and well maintained,the pool was exceptionally inviting, sometimes occupied to 3am! Our stay was further enhanced by the occasional visits by Mixalis and his mother Vicki who very thoughtfully provided us with cheesecakes and figs from their own trees. Mixalis booked the Cavo restaurant for us to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary and provided champagne for the occasion.All the family members are talking about returning next year and suggesting that the villa is the sort of place you regret booking for just a week, it should have been a minimum of a fortnight!

This was the best group holiday we have done. 6 families all with 2 kids each- 11 adults and 12 kids in this villa for a week. The facility is clean and the amenities of the property are great. Kids had a treasure hunt, cricket, football and other games on a daily basis. The live pizza oven was fun for kids to make their own pizza. The owners gave us some homemade Raki, which was brilliant (some forgot the night). The owners where very approachable and sorted things for us straight away. We have a projector in the common room and the connectors were not working. We wanted to use our laptops and we had HDMI card bought by the owners to connect and was able to watch movies on big screen. We also left a key inside the door on the Sunday, which happened to be mike's birthday. He had to get a locksmith and he never showed any unhappiness in helping. On the whole, we would recommend this for groups. Also there are 4 kitchens within the facility and plenty of toilets and showers

We had an amazing week at Villa Adramos. Vicky could not have been any more helpful or welcoming and made sure we had anything we needed. The houses were meticulously cleaned and ready for our arrival. The pool was perfect and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area with stone oven and enormous BBQ. We had some memorable evenings enjoying home made pizza or bbq swordfish watching the sunset and had a holiday none of us will ever forget on a beautiful island. Thank you Vicky!

We stayed at the house with 2 families, 15 people total, including our 84 year old mom. The 2 houses could not have been more perfect for our party. Most of the time we spent outside. We had all breakfasts and dinners together on a large table and drinks out on the lawn. The extra kitchen/living area in the basement of the house was just perfect for our needs. We cooked some great meals in the stone oven, but also had some great dinners at local tavernas for less than $20 a person, including lots of beer and wine! Our hosts, Vicky and Manolis, made us feel like their special guests and took great care of us. They even cooked for us and took us out to a local dancing where we had the night of our lives! Thanks so much for everything you did for us! It was fantastic! Whenever we come back to Crete with a party this size we will definitely come back to Villa Arodamos!

We had a great holiday in Pikris with the family. Two wonderful villas in a quiet area with a private swimming pool. The owners are very hospitable and I recommend you to let them cook sometime for you. By car you are in 15 minutes by sea and a little village. If you have any plans to go to Crete, go to Arodamos. Have a nice holiday!

We will never forget the wonderful two weeks we spent at Villa Arodamos. The kids loved swimming in the beautiful pool and the playground while we sat on the terrace and enjoyed the 360 degree view of the surrounding countryside, the village of Pikris and the sea views. The pizza we made in the build oven with fresh ingredients from the local market was the best we've ever had. And of course the location was perfect with 3 sandy blue flag beaches within a 5 minutes drive, the Arkadi monastery was near, while the wonderfull picturesque town of Rethymnon with the castle and the old town was about 15 minutes away. Heraklion city, Chania city and Knossos ruins was about 1 hour away. We also want to thank the owners couple for their warm hospitality. They helped us out tremendously over the two weeks we were there and really made us feel at home. We were sad when we had to leave but we came back with terrific memories that we've enjoyed sharing with our friends. The villa was also very quiet and private on top of a hill and the nearest building was like 500 meters away! We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Arodamos as the perfect way to enjoy a Greek vacation. Thanks for everything, see you next year ! The Lewis Family Birmingham, UK
