Wine Country Villa -- 9 bedroom, 4 bath, Sleeps 25+

The villa was a great place to host our family reunion of 9 families totaling 25 (19 adults, 4 children - 22 staying overnite). Plenty of space to spread out both indoors and outdoor. The only downside was the on-going reconstruction and unavailability of the wading pool. True, the pool was not supposed to be open for our visit, but we were not warned that it was a safety hazard because it was drained and under re-construction - which made it an issue for the small children. There were plenty of spices and cooking utensils available.

We had a great experience staying here! There was plenty of space for our large group and everything was beautiful and clean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, large table for group meals, and the variety of seating areas both inside and outdoors. Parts of the property were under construction due to weather damage but Jack and Suzanne communicated with us the week before our stay and kept us updated with the repair timeline so there were no surprises and we appreciated being kept in the loop. Overall we had a wonderful trip and recommend staying here to any other larger groups!

House was perfect for our large group. Host was very communicative and helpful. The roosters next door were entertaining and a good reminder that you are in the country. As were the deer running through the property. Beautiful view from the upper deck. The property presents as “a work in progress” but it still provided everything we needed. The outdoor fire pit was great for our group and the kitchen space was very nice for a large crowd. Beds were comfortable and the windows/ doors provided good insulation from morning rooster noise. I would recommend this property do large groups. We also had a nice dinner in town at Jeffery’s Wine Country BBQ.

We spent a lot of time exploring the area, so the house served as our base. The very large dining table and ample seating were great for hanging out. Also because we had small children in our group, being about to spread out around the large house was good.

Jack was a warm and caring host. Having that interaction prior to arriving set the stage for a wonderful experience.We had a large multi-family gathering for Thanksgiving and found the house to be a perfect size. Plenty of room to gather and connect. It was perfect!

This was a perfect property for our family reunion of 15 adults and 7 children. Lots of comfortable sitting areas inside and outside, you never felt crowded. Bocce ball court was a hit. The kids (ages 5-11) had so much fun playing hide and seek and building forts outdoors. Large dining table was wonderful and could fit us all! Jack was great communicator and responded quickly to any question.Highly recommend!

The place was great, had everything we needed and the place was problem free. Jack was very communicative and quick to answer the few questions we had. Our kids had a lot of fun with the outdoor games, and the kitchen and grill were great for cooking and serving big meals.

Great communication and great location of house!

This place is ideal for a large group with a giant dining table and yet countless nooks and cozy areas for a smaller gatherings. It perfectly allows for people with different interests to enjoy themselves without being in any one’s way. Hot tub, pool, garden, pool table, upstairs suite with a huge veranda: all were very welcoming for board games, slide shows, and spending time together.

Our group really enjoyed our stay here, lots of beds and hangout space to suit a big group of families! Lots of fun extra features at this property. Jack is such a responsive host. Make sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner

The owner was so attentive and the house very comfortable for our large party, with all necessary amenities. It’s good place for a good time!

We had a great stay at this property! The layout worked well for our group of 8 adults and 5 kids and could have supported twice as many people. Lots of different places to eat and relax, kids appreciated the pool and the pool table outdoors.

We had such a wonderful time. Our family was all together. There was plenty of space and things to do. The house was very clean and spacious. Jack was so pleasant as well. Great communication. We definitely would stay again.

Our stay was great! We stayed here for Cal Poly graduation weekend. Although it’s a little for from Cal Poly, we had a great time. The house is excellent for our big families to stay together. The house was clean and had lots of space and fun things to do.The best part about the stay was the host, Jack. He is very kind and extremely responsive. He answered all questions and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. 100% recommend!

Great stay for our family and so much to do at the property and was excellent all around.

I celebrated my 50th birthday with 16 friends in Paso Robles. Jack is a wonderful host, very responsive and accomodating. This home was perfect for our large group. Everyone commented about how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals together. We were able to gather together in the living room for group activities and fit all 17 people around the large table for dinner. Ample parking. We had a lovely night by the large fire pit. And loved seeing deer come through the yard in the morning. We would stay here again.

This was an awesome space for our group of 20. The house has plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Everyone was comfortable and all the kids enjoyed all the amenities. Jack was a great host as well! Super responsive and accommodating.

The house was absolutely perfect for celebrating my mother’s 88th birthday. With plenty of bedrooms, everyone in our group was able to have their own space, which made the stay even more comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped and easily accommodated our needs for preparing meals for all sixteen of us. When the coffee pot unexpectedly stopped working, the owner went above and beyond by delivering a replacement within an hour—such thoughtful and prompt service!We loved the peaceful rural location, and a highlight of our stay was spotting a group of deer visiting the property. Unfortunately, due to the cold and rainy weather that weekend, we couldn’t take full advantage of the ample outdoor seating areas. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience.Without a doubt, we would return to this property in the future. It was a wonderful place for a memorable celebration.

We hade 17 people and 2 dogs. The place was excellent for what we needed. Plenty of bedrooms, spaces for everyone. The owner was excellent and extremely flexible with our dates and understanding. Check in and check out was very easy, could not recommend this property more.

We had a memorable family gathering at the Wine Country Villa. There were 18 of us across three generations. The property is nicely tugged away to provide guests a very tranquility experience and yet it is no more than 20 minutes away from many attractions Paso has to offer such as downtown, Tin City, Sensorio.There are many big public gathering spaces in the house that allowed all 18 of us having meals together around one big table, and then breaking into a few groups afterwards: star gazing on the deck, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit , watching TV in the living room, etc. On the other hand, the property also offers many rooms so all of us can have our private space when needed.The host is super responsive. He provided us with many excellent recommendations.An A experience overall!

The place is massive. We all had beds. There are so many things to do without leaving the place. It’s also located close to Sensorio and close enough to downtown.The host, Jack, was responsive and receptive. Lastly, no ridiculous checkout procedures! Overall a great experience.

This lace is amazing. it as everything that a large group needs. And very clean. The nature around the house is so beautifully designed & the backyard is so nice & comfortable. Jack is so responsive to the small issue we had.We really enjoyed our stay there.

We booked this property to celebrate my aunt’s 60th birthday, and it was the perfect venue for our DIY wine-tasting experience! The spacious backyard provided plenty of room for the tasting, and we also enjoyed a fun paint night, games, karaoke, and other activities. The space accommodated our group comfortably and made for a truly memorable experience. The only minor drawbacks were that the pool was a bit dirty due to recent weather conditions, and the fireplace wasn’t functioning. However, these were small issues compared to the overall fantastic time we had. We would definitely book this place again!

We held an informal work retreat at the house and it was perfect. There were tons of places for everyone to sleep, lots of separate conversation stations, an area where we had presentations, and great bocce and a hot tub and fire pit. Lots of large tables where everyone could eat and gather. Host was very responsive throughout. Great experience and highly recommend!

Location is 15-20 minutes from downtown, big house, great for a bbq! Very clean and easy check in process! Jack was very helpful with places to go visit! 100% returning in the future!
