Waterfront villa with dock, 2 tandem kayaks, bay views, pool & hammocks

All the amenities of the Villa were top notch. There was no expense spared on the interior here. Very comfortable & felt right @ home. Swimming pool was well kept & clean, boat slips was directly out the back door where I could see my boat, has electricity @ slip to charge boat, lights to see at night & even fish @ night if so desired. Villa also has a garage for equipment or vehicle parking. Has all the amenities of home & then some!! The fishery is amazing for Redfish Trout, Flounder ect. Has access to a waterway to travel by boat as far as Port A & beyond!! I highly recommend this Villa for a fishing trip with family & or friends, or just a very comfortable get-a-way. Love this Villa & its private gated community!! I shall return very soon!!

The accommodations are beautiful. Close to the water. The best was watching the dolphins play. Our children sat on the pier while the dolphins swam under their feet.

This is one of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed at. It was fully stocked with more than we could have asked. The location was great as well! Had so much fun fishing off the deck, kayaking in the canals and watching the dolphins swim through each day. The resort pool was great with an amazing view as well! Would definitely stay again! The home offered all the cooking appliances, some fishing rods, a tandem kayak, floats, boogie boards, games, books, plenty of towels both bath and beach ones. They had a huge variety of k cups for the keurig along with sugar options and creamer. A sweet little popcorn and candy movie night treat also. I could go on and on. Absolutely loved the home.

We loved this property! The house was absolutely gorgeous and the view was breathtaking. We watched dolphins, watched the sunset and sunrise. The home and resort amenities were plentiful and fun. We even received a small gift and personalized hand written card from the owners. This house is a must see. We will be back for sure! Five stars and definitely recommended!

We loved Rockport! My family and I planned my daughter’s high school graduation party here and the house was beautiful. We hired a local event planner to decorate for the party but the decor was already very sophisticated and modern. We spent 5 days there and loved every minute making memories, fishing on the boat dock, dolphin watching, and taking in the beautiful unobstructed views of Goose Island. This house had everything you could possibly need for a family. They had a full kitchen of all the appliances , spices, and the best coffee selection. Upon arrival we noticed the owners had already decorated for the fall with an inviting and festive fall decor. The icing on the cake was the personal hand written card and a movie night basket compliments of the owners. So thoughtful and sweet! We loved it! We already have our next trip planned. We will be coming back for Thanksgiving break! 10/10 must stay!

This house was beautifully decorated. The vibe was relaxing and luxurious. The location in a gated community made us feel safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. The home came with everything one could want for their stay. It was great to be able to go right outside and fish at any time of the day or night. I will definitely come back to this home.

Beautiful property and community! We had everything we needed! Loved the decor! Enjoyed water views and walking on the boardwalk. The community hosted a 4th of July block party with the best fireworks display we had ever seen. Will stay again!

My family and I decided to go for the weekend, and it was definitely worth the drive. It was great having such a lovely space to live in between all the activities we ended up doing! Overall a great experience!?

My wife and I planned a last minute Easter getaway with our neighbors. Our little girl and our neighbors daughters had so much fun exploring and playing in the upstairs rooms and loft. They also loved the game table and multiple board games and card games that were provided. We loved everything about this house. Upon our arrival we noticed a very nicely decorated house. The style was modern and luxurious. As you walk through the entire home by each level you will see artwork, modern accessories in gold, luxurious and bold velvet bedding in each room. The attention to detail was apparent. Navigate through the house to find little surprises along the way such as a cute reading nook, gold colored eating utensils and so much more. On Easter morning we surprised the kids with an egg hunt and enjoyed a delicious brunch on the bay. As my wife walked out back she saw a dolphin swimming by. That was a sweet surprise for her. We spent one whole day at the local beach. The whole family had fun playing football, building sand castles and catching hermit crabs. I absolutely recommend this rental and Rockport, Tx. We will be back this summer! 5 stars and 10/10 Recommend this place!

I booked this villa based on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did! Every year our company plans a leadership retreat to host their top agents. This year we really wanted to stay in Texas and find a location that was on the coast. Rockport was recommended by a friend who had visited recently. After seeing the beautiful photos of the house we decided to book it. It was the best decision I could’ve made. Over the weekend we hosted a brunch on the patio facing the bay. We did yoga at sunrise and tons of relaxation and time to connect. The ladies loved the beautiful decor of the house, the beautiful 360 views throughout all the big bay windows and the peace and serenity of the resort. The house had all the amenities most people would need. It was also very conveniently located near local stores, shops and restaurants. You have everything you need to stay home and cook but also lots of great places to find nearby. Just remember most places close by 8:00 pm. Not sure what else to say other than we absolutely loved our stay and highly recommended!
