- Use all the cookware that you like, just kindly wash it and return it to it’s proper location.
- Please put trash in trash bags and put in trash bin located at the side of the house behind gate by garage.
*For guests checking out on or staying on or through Sunday : On Sunday evenings (or on check out) please roll the bins to the street for trash pick up Monday Morning.
- Set the thermostat at whatever makes you comfortable (within reason), just return it at 76 degrees when you leave the house during the summer months. During winter months, please leave on 65.
- No Smoking or vaping in the home.
- Do not over fill washer or dryer. Please do not wash white towels with colors.
- Please leave washer and dryer doors open after use.
- Do not bring sandy/muddy footwear, clothing or linens into the home. Rinse off in outdoor shower.
- Please do not open windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not touch or handle any Artwork on the premises.
- Do not use glass containers in or around the pool.
- Do not put patio furniture in the pool.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach, or on boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach towels have been provided for outdoor activities.
- Do not attempt to access the owners closet.
- Do not clean fish inside the home.
- Do not fry turkeys at the home.
- Do not put luggage on beds. Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom located in closets.
- Use coasters, as counter tops are marble and will stain. Also be careful of food on counters and backsplash.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee for a clogged disposal.
-Please rinse off with fresh water all fishing equipment, fish stations, kayaks, and paddleboards including paddles and return to storage area. ( extra cleaning fee will apply if not done min of $75)
-Please abide with all TPW (Texas Parks and Wildlife) Laws and regulations for use of water equipment and fishing gear.
-Please make sure you check out on time as key code will not work after, and you must lock the door with key.
