Cancellation policy:

To receive a full refund (less 3.5% payment processing fee), guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. You can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund.

- No smoking in home: Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and an additional $500 USD fee will be charged for de-smoking the home
- Quiet hours 10 PM - 8 AM
- A late check-out fee of $250 per hour applies for any unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 AM
