Stayed Jan 1, 2024Carlos was a great host. He reached out to see if we needed anything and responded promptly when we had a question. The house was as advertised. Clean and met our needs. Pembroke Pines is convenient to visit Fort Lauderdale or Miami. We recommend this house.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025Host was great. I had to call him at midnight once when locked out and he answered right away. We couldn’t get the tv in the living room to work which was a bummer (bedroom tvs worked fine) but I feel like it was mostly clean. The neighborhood was safe and washer and dryer looked brand new.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024I was in the house for a month and couldn’t be happier. The house had everything I needed to help me make meals so I didn’t have to eat out all the time and the grill was a great bonus. Carlos was quick to respond to my questions. The bed was comfortable as were the furnishings. The neighborhood is compiled of single family homes and doesn’t look like high class. However, the neighbors were very friendly (especially the domestic ducks that wander around) and the neighborhood was quiet. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed May 9, 2023This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Pembroke Pines. We enjoyed the back patio and yard especially, and the beds had nice cotton sheets and comfy mattresses. Will definitely return!

Stayed Apr 24, 2023Very nice place, plenty of space, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location with easy access to interstates, groceries, restaurants and more. Way better than a hotel !

Stayed Jan 31, 2023The house was very clean and comfortable. Carlos went above and beyond took to have all the comforts of home and little extras for guests. He took the time to make sure everything was satisfactory and to see if we needed anything during our stay. We'll be back!
