Waterfront Retreat with Community Private Dock – Pet-Friendly!

Beautiful home, extremely clean and nicely decorated, everyone who walked through the door said “This place is so nice!” Boat slip was very close by, our host Ricardo set everything up for us beforehand. We throughly enjoyed our trip, definitely plan on staying here again!

It was nice. Although the clothes dryer did not work and was told the day of us arriving. Very nice house and surrounding area. We would definitely come back

The house is light, bright and welcoming. But the attention to detail is not there. There were a few issues with the house when we arrived, dryer didn’t work, primary bath ceiling fan didn’t work. The owner resolved the dryer. For Homosassa, this is probably the best place we could have found for the price and it’s great for a weekend stay or if you have a boat that you could utilize the slip.

This was such a comfy/cozy place that my girls trip never left the place beyond a grocery trip. We spent the whole weekend curled up reading, crafting, working on a puzzle, and cooking together. The only con is that you’re not on a river, so being in the area we were, it wasn’t as convenient to utilize the springs.

We are from there, so we had the best time. Neighborhood and h house amazing. Host was the best. I would highly recommend . I can't wait to go back. Debbi

Amazing! House was clean and was fully stocked with essentials. Beds are very comfortable. Boat ramp was very handy. Host was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. We will be staying here again!

This house is exactly as advertised!! It’s decorated beautifully and feels cozy. The beds were very comfy and the showers were great! Plenty of towels and linens. We loved staying here! The neighborhood is in a great location to the springs and perfect if you have your boat! Will be back next year!

Great place for a family get together

Very nice and well kept place . Great location for scalloping and Close to Restaurants . We will definitely stay here again .

Check-in code did not work, Home could have been cleaner and the towels dried in the dryer versus air dried not a lot of kitchen amenities

The house was perfect for a fun family vacation! My wife and 2 daughters loved the place. Very clean and decorated perfect. Check in and check out was easy. Will definitely be returning for more fun on the water!

We were looking for a nice place on the nature coast while our home in St Petersburg was being repaired after last year’s hurricane. We needed a kitchen where we could prepare meals, and a living space to relax. This villa was beautiful and we were able to cook, walk the neighborhood, see the sites, and eat some delicious scallops and grouper. Loved the decor, which was also very comfortable. Thanks for having us!

Was in town to see family was only able to stay a couple days hopefully longer next time. Home was even better than advertised. Clean, very well decorated, comfortable beds and very relaxing. Located in a very scenic but secure area. Would highly recommend.

It is hard to rate this property as we were unable to stay. There were several steps into the property not conducive for elderly with dogs that need to go out regularly House looked amazing but no views owner was very helpful.
