Old Homosassa Waterfront Luxury Living w/boat slip, private ramp and sleeps 10

Everything was great! The house was well stocked and had plenty of room to sleep 10 if needed. Having a private boat slip right behind the house was awesome and location on the river was good. Within minutes from monkey island! Great place to have a fun scalloping adventure!

Nice house great location

We were able to hang out at the house, go fishing, go to waterfront restaurants, and enjoy the Homosassa springs all within a 20 minute boat ride. We will be back!

The house was close to everything only a few minutes from the store so that made it very convenient! Reached out to the property owner a couple times and they were very responsive very quickly. We had no issues. We did have two boats, but you can’t cannot rent a second slip something to keep in mind. The only other.Thing was the inside Front door handle had no way of laughing so my toddler kept trying to sneak out. We are very happy with our stay and will likely stay again.

Very large 4 bedrooms home. plenty of towels and bathroom material. Clean, updated wifi and great location for a family to enjoy the gulf coast. The best thing you can say about visiting a VRBO is no issues and that is exactly what we experienced! Cheers

Not familiar with the area we selected this hone for our family. Our son got married so we needed a large home for our big family. Beautiful home, perfect size for us. Only recommendations are possibly update dishware there were slot of mismatched plates and glassware which seemed a bit odd. Whomever is paid to clean definitely missed a few things. A couple of empty shampoo bottles and some burnt out lights. I would most definitely stay here again if we visit the area again. Host was very responsive, thank you for that!

Great location.

Great location for those family scalloping trips.

We loved that this place was large enough for our whole family to stay together in Homosassa and enjoy the water on our boat which was conveniently docked right behind the place on a canal directly off the Homosassa River. There was also a boat ramp located near the dock which was very convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and very nice. We had plenty of parking on the property. We had everything we needed to prepare simple meals and there were plenty of restaurant options nearby.

Our first time scalloping was a blast. The easy access to getting the boat in/out of the water and the ease of tying it up and going inside was a stress reliever. Everything was exactly as stated. House was super clean and hall everything that you could possibly need for a week stay! 10/10 recommend and would love to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were very polite and helpful when needed. Beautiful house and location. We will definitely be back.

Loved the location, as we were in town for the Fishin with Chan tournament held at Macrae’s. Super convenient to have a boat slip with the house as well.
