Waterfront Home w/ Private Pool, Dock, Bikes, Kayak, Paddleboards... and so much more!!

This property is in the perfect location, clean and spacious. We didn’t need to request extras for anything we needed and the owner supplied some snacks and breakfast items along with a nice selection of drinks, which was SO helpful after a long travel day. My 10yr old loved the pool and that we were just a short trip from the Dolphin Research Center and the Turtle Hospital. Would definitely stay here again.

This rental is absolutely beautiful and clean... better than advertised. Everything we needed was readily available. Ruth was always quick to respond with questions and advice. My family included an infant, 5 year old, teenager, adult kids, and us grand parents. We all had a blast and there was something for everyone. Marathon is a great location. Ruth, as advertised, is a great host. All the food that was provided when we arrived to the special chocolates, champagne and roses that was ordered for my wife's anniversary gift...Thank you again for a special family vacation that we will certainly never forget!

We had a great stay. The host was very communicative and responded quickly even over a holiday.

The property was set in a tropical setting. Palm tree's and other tropical plant's surrounded the pool area. In the evening, overhead lighting enhanced the atmosphere. Also, the area was very private. When cleaning our boat, manatees came up on the side to get fresh water. What a thrill to have these gentle giants alongside the boat. Please remember to respect Florida law when engaging with these animals! The journey to the Ocean or the Gulf is enhanced by the spectacular homes along the canals leading to them. We enjoyed our time with family and nature. We hope you will as well !

When we arrived we were surprised by all of the additional goodies. We have stayed at quite a few properties and never felt more welcomed. Truly wait to shop until after you have taken stock of this well prepared home! Ruth is an exceptional host ensuring we had everything needed throughout our stay. Interior decor, furnishings & bedding were all lovely. Exterior felt like our own tropical paradise with the private pool and the privacy of our own back yard. We stay at this fantastic rental February 22, 2023 - March 4, 2023. This was by far the BEST rental I have ever stayed at. It was super clean (not even any dust bunnies under the beds or dressers). The house was supplied with all the basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cotton swabs and cotton rounds). In the kitchen there were starter supplies that were wonderful to have (in case you arrive late and didn't have time to stop at a grocery store). We had bread, English muffins, eggs, butter, yogurt, coffee, snacks, etc. Our group really enjoyed being able to fish (poles supplied) right off the dock behind the rental. They also supplied beach umbrellas, beach chairs, lots of pool toys, kayak, paddle board and bikes. The location could not have been better. 1.5 miles from the beach and 3 blocks from the grocery store. There is a walking/bike path that goes both to the beach and the grocery store. Side note....if you stay here you have to take a quick drive North to Herbies for lunch or dinner....great food!!
