Stayed Nov 12, 2023This worked out well for my family, who came into Homosassa to attend our mother's memorial service. There is quite a bit of construction in that area, you can't really see it from the road. The stairs are a bit on the steep side, so if anyone has mobility issues, FYI. There is a master bedroom downstairs.

Stayed Jan 18, 2023The house was great! Very clean and fresh smelling when we arrived, the beds were very comfy. The house beautifully decorated and well cared for. Loved every thing about it except that we couldn’t stay longer. Close to King’s bay to swim with manatees and two minutes from Homosassa state park and other local parks. It’s a quiet and private location. I hope to rent again!

Stayed Jan 12, 2022It’s located close to old Homosassa so you’re surrounded by beautiful and majestic oak trees and Spanish moss. You can easily walk to restaurants from the house. The house has everything you need to enjoy all that Florida has to offer.

Stayed Dec 27, 2020Property is conveniently located next to the state park. Property manager was responsive. Kayaks were available for use as well as a tandem bike. Overall a great experience. Housekeeping can be improved because there was dust in the bedroom and some items from previous guests but those were minor. I would stay there again for sure!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house was beautiful and had a beautiful outside view as well. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to music while grilling. This house has everything you could possibly need while being away from home. The house is also huge. We had 3 couples so each couple even had their own bathroom which was nice. It's also in a great location. Highly recommend staying here!
