The home was beautiful and located conveniently close to everything. This is by far one of our best stays in the villages over the past few years. We'll definitely come back.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our 14 day stay. The location gave us easy accessibility to walking and biking trails. It is located a very short distance from Magnolia Plaza where there is a Publix and several options for dining. The kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances and cookware.Hope to stay here again in the future.

Communication with the host was excellent. I needed assistance with one aspect, and was able to FaceTime with them so that I could see what I was doing incorrectly. Wonderful hosts and the nicest people I have interacted with while using VRBO.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We had a short trip on short notice and we were lucky to find this place. The layout of the Villa is awesome and roomy. The back porch area was cool to watch the wildlife in the pond. It was in a very quite area but was really close to just about anything and everything. It's only about a 15 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood and within walking distance of the Publix and other shopping. We will definitely reach out to the owners when we visit again
