Stayed Nov 16, 2023We were told the pool and hot tub were included but when we got up the next morning both were cold so we called manager and they looked into it but there was a lock on the pool controls.? Apparently the owners wanted that way I said no way and they took it off the next day. Meanwhile we were without a pool for 3 days. The outdoor patio wasn't very clean. I'm still waiting for my security deposit

Stayed May 27, 2023We come to the big island at least once a year and frequent the Mauna Kea when we do. We have stayed at many villas over the years and this one has been our all-time favorite! The kitchen was well-organized and had just about everything that you may need. We love cooking and having a well-stocked kitchen is a must. The layout of the villa was perfect for a family gathering. The condition of the house was pristine. We felt very fortunate to be able to rent it for the week!
