Waikoloa Beach Resort Hali'i Kai 7H Ocean View Private Club, Pool, Tennis/PB

Having access to bicycles, golf clubs and basketballs was a perk! We loved the accommodations and felt very comfortable during our vacation

Beautiful sunsets, fantastic location, Ocean Club access huge plus. Great for family with two teens grandparents.

Great stay and location. We could see the ocean from the patio. Lots of beach towels available and plenty of space for the six of us.

The unit was very accommodating . The beds in all three rooms were very very comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked with general amenities (spices etc) and pots and pans.The view from the lanai was amazing.Would definitely return great property!

This 3 bedroom unit was perfect for us, a group of 6 ladies from Maui on a pickleball vacation. The condo was centrally located and had a beautiful outdoor seating area with a spectacular view. We did have a small issue the first day and even though Laurie Jo, the owner, was out of the country, she responded quickly and resolved the issue. The kitchen and bath were very well equipped. Additionally, we were very pleased with all the beach toys and sporting equipment that were in the garage. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

We had an amazing time on the island and it was great coming back after a long day of adventures to a very nice place to call home for two weeks. We loved just sitting on the patio and watching beautiful sunsets most every evening! So thankful for the beach gear in the garage and overall a very nice home.

Home was beautiful, had everything you needed. I’ve stayed at many properties and Laurie Jo thought of everything. She was very responsive to any issues that came up and was gracious enough to let us extend our checkout time. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hali'i Kai in 7H. It was perfect for our family and located on the ground floor with a lovely view over the golf course to the ocean. There is a bbq and patio furniture to dine outdoors. The owner was amazing. She communicated quickly with any question we had. She even offered to shop for us as we were arriving late at night. What a lovely surprise to come in to find everything we needed for breakfast and more! Thank you again Laurie Jo!The kitchen was a cook's dream; very well supplied with high end appliances and everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. The icing on the cake was all of the beach gear and other equipment in the garage. Our little guys really enjoyed the kids size masks, snorkels and fins, the boogie boards and other play equipement. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and adult sized boogie boards and more.We would highly recommend this unit, they have really thought of everything! We can't wait to return!

What a place! Loved every minute of this rental. We have never stayed in such a well stocked home including all you need in a kitchen and so much beach gear. Do not hesitate booking with such a lovely and communicative host in a condo with such a special view. Fun and spacious for 5 adults and my 3.5 year old was happy our entire stay.

Hali’i Kai’s location and easy access into the beautifully landscaped, private community provides a sense of quiet serenity in paradise, yet it is merely minutes by car (or by foot, or on the provided bikes) to the shopping areas and the rest of what the Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer. This unit is beautifully decorated; spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped; and the private lanai looks out over the greens towards the ocean, lending itself to an amazing view and incredible sunsets. Laurie Jo and Paul generously provide bikes and enough sports and beach equipment to satisfy anyone’s needs. Also included is access to Hali’i Kai’s private Ocean Club. The views and sunsets from the beautiful pools, work out room, and dining area are stunning. The staff is attentive and welcoming, the food portions are LARGE and everything was delicious. To top it all off, Laurie Jo’s Spirit of Aloha, hospitality, and attention to detail make her the quintessential host. She and Paul provide an impressive compendium of resources and suggestions to enhance your stay. Laurie Jo went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. She is an absolute delight which is reflected in every aspect of their beautiful Hale. True Paradise!!

Hai’I Kai was an excellent place to stay. The gated community was safe, quiet, and a short walk from the resorts next door. There are two grocery stores nearby Foodland and Island Country Market. 30 minutes from the airport, 45 to Kona, and 90 minutes to Hilo. The garage was well stocked with bikes, beach chairs, basketballs, golf clubs, water shoes, snorkels,masks, and flippers. I would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the Big Island.???

This is a stellar property, updated and providiing absolutely everything needed for a wonderful Hawaiian vacation, including access to the marvelous Ocean Club with pool, spa, and dining. The house is clean, comfortable, and stocked with literally everything! The views from the lanai make this the perfect stay!

Exactly as advertised. Perfect view of the ocean. Very comfortable with all the amenities including pass to the swimming pool. Close to several beautiful beaches.

My family and I just spent 9 nights here and had the very best time. The space is exactly as it appears and the lanai opening up to the outside space is just lovely!

Myself, daughter, son, daughter-in-law, and one-year old granddaughter spent (6) amazing days at this lovely Waikoloa property. Beautiful unit with incredible amenities, and exceptional Beach Club. Quiet and breathtaking ocean views - we loved the location and space of this special property. An exceptional home to enjoy while exploring the Special Big Island, and especially the Kona Coast.
