Our villas are located approximately 40 minutes from downtown La Fortuna, in a more secluded area—perfect for those looking to enjoy an authentic experience surrounded by nature and tranquility.

The total drive from town is about 15 km (9 miles), and the last 7 km (4.3 miles) are on a rural gravel road. This part of the journey is truly part of the adventure: lush green landscapes, fresh air, and the feeling of leaving the noise behind as you approach something special.

Werecommend a high-clearance vehicle, SUV, or 4x4, especially during the rainy season, for a more comfortable drive.

When you arrive, the reward is unforgettable:
Direct views of Arenal Volcano
Beautiful views of Lake Arenal
Peace, privacy, and a true connection with nature

It is very important to follow the arrival instructions we send after booking, as map applications may suggest incorrect routes.

This is not a stay in the middle of La Fortuna.
It’s a place to wake up to views that remind you why you traveled all the way here.

Clean, staff/owners were wonderful. The view was spectacular. The road in was not for the meek, but beautiful. 4wheel drive would be good, but expensive in Costa Rica. The food was delicious.

If you want a quiet, isolated camping type experience, this is the spot! Roof over your head, cold AC, washroom and outdoor tub with an unbeatable view of Arenal. Expect bugs if you leave the window or door open too long - that end up dead on the floor in the morning. Communication: Dahana was fabulous, spoke English and quick to respond with any issues.Location: 45 mins from La Fortuna - 30 of it is very rough terrain - 7km of rock / dirt that absolutely needs a vehicle with high clearance. We rented a Kona and we bottomed out a couple of times. GPS can take you a couple different ways - ALWAYS opt to plug in “The Springs Resort” then Ecoglam - more paved road. No data either so start gps while on wifi before you leave - and take it slow. But WORTH the drive.Room: Spectacular view of Arenal - if clear. We lucked out one of our 3 nights (end of Nov / rainy season) where it was clear to see it. Otherwise fog and clouds killed the view. Clean sheets, bed super comfortable, hot water (enough to fill the private outdoor tub), fridge, microwave and coffee maker with fresh ground coffee. We ordered their room service one night and the food was good - but otherwise bring food. Could also use another couple towels - the dampness doesn't allow them to dry. But to be fair, we never asked for more.Very cool experience that we’d recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We had an amazing view of the lake and volcano. Loved the hot tub to relax in. So happy to have the option to get breakfast, which was delivered to your room. Great contact with host. Yes the road was very rocky and long but worth it for the views you get here. We would stay here again.

Everything was great. The road was a little rocky, but I got there.

The host was very attentive and helpful. The property was beautiful. Incredible view of the volcano and a nice tub outside to relax in. The location was further away than we would have liked from the activities we were doing and there is about a 20 minute drive on a dirt road leading to the house.
