Welcome to Vista Del Mare!!

Our beautifully presented executive 1.5 storey oceanfront home sits on 1/2 acre overlooking Trinity Bay. Imagine watching whales frolic from the 62' long patio. The majestic icebergs floating by or the seals sunning themselves on the pans of ice in the Spring. Enjoy glorious sunsets in the evening after spending the day exploring the various hiking like Jimmy Rowe WalkingTrails, Round Pond for swimming or Pitcher's Pond Golf Course in the area!

25 min drive to Dildo.

The Space:

Oceanfront property with an unobstructed view overlooking Trinity Bay.

Guest Access:

All access to each room in exception of basement.

The Neighborhood:

Friendly community of Cavendish.

Close to Cavendish Beach. Round Pond, and various hiking trails.

15 minutes from Dildo by car- go see the Hollywood sign commissioned by Jimmy Kimmel!

As much as we love our fur babies, Vista Del Mare would like to kindly request that only well behaved, trained dogs visit us! We also ask guests to please scoop up after pet poop! Thank you!

This immaculate house is in a beautiful setting. It's convenient for day trips to the St John's area, St Vincent's beach, Brigus, Ferryland and so much more. There is an impressive and very pretty 9 hole golf course just 5 minutes away that we played twice.Darlene and Clyde were so responsive to any question and made us feel right at home.Would highly recommend this house in Cavenish NL!

One of the Best rentals we stayed at during our visit to Newfoundland. What a view!!! So much to do in the area and so many fun things within the property. Horseshoes, fire pit, games room, tv in every room.Wonderful hosts…can’t beat this rentals. 5 stars isn’t enough.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The home was clean and artfully decorated with everything you need. The community was friendly and the scenery from the porch and the living room was spectacular. We even spotted a whale in the Bay. Our host was so hospitable and easy to communicate with. Darlene met all our needs, from coolers and lawn chairs for our day trips. She (and the town)even helped us locate a lost camera. We had an excellent time at Vista Del Mare!
