Set in a beautiful olive grove and surrounded by gorgeous Mediterranean flora villa Ostria is a very comfortable, airy two bedroom villa. Built on an incline there is easy access from the garden and pool to the lower floors. The main entrance, up a few steps, leads into the main living-dining area with an open plan fully equipped kitchen and large French windows on to a large balcony facing the sea great for lazy breakfasts! On the ground floor with access from the garden and an interior stairway to the living room is the first bedroom with a double bed plus sofa bed, en suite bathroom with washing machine plus a separate WC. The master bedroom on the upper floor with large double bed, en suite bathroom and French windows leading out on to a private balcony offers superb sea views. Villa Ostria has A/C throughout ensuring a pleasant sleep on those hot summer nights and there is a hammock in the garden to swing in the breeze and keep cool during the day when not cooling off in the pool!

Villas Horizon have been built on over an acre of land with the utmost care and respect for local nature and landscape keeping in mind the expectations of today’s holidaymaker. The owners have managed to combine the natural landscape with modern building keeping high levels of luxury and comfort whilst maintaining the area's flora. Away from the crowds but within 5 minutes of local amenities, the villas are set in a beautiful olive grove and are surrounded by splendid Mediterranean herbs and flowers blossoming at different times throughout the season keeping the property colorful at all times. All four villas have been furnished to very high standards and offer all the mod cons you would need to enjoy your holiday. Each villa has its own swimming pool (10mX5m) with jacuzzi where one can cool off or lounge on a sunbed on the surrounding paved terrace which leads to gardens where you can gently swing in the hammock under the trees reading a book or just relaxing and enjoying the views.
Villas Horizon are located just off the road leading south down the east coast of Lefkas island within walking distance of tavernas, cafes, shops and bakeries in Kariotes. About 1200m away is a selection of some of the best fish tavernas on the island in Ligia plus a collection of cafes and bars to while away the time. A short 5 min drive into the hills is Katouna, a traditional sleepy village where time has almost stood still there is a fabulous little taverna and cafe on the square where the locals come out to every evening to complete their embroidery or just chat and catch up on the local 'happenings'!

We arrived Monday morning on 13.06, with 2 cars, 8 persons after a long road from Romania.From the first moment we loved how the villa was placed, really near we had Lefkada town and a lot of supermarkets which made easier our shopping but the area was not crowded, around us just gardens with olive trees and silence. Soooo relaxing!!! We stayed 9 nights and every single day at villa Maistro was exceptional..Really we dont have words to say how satisfied we are after this holiday!!!:) The villa has a great view , was fully equiped for cooking, cleaning, barbeque, extremly clean and everything in great conditions.The AC was great, we had 37 degrees some days so it was very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Efthimios, wich was more like a friend and not owner, he took care of us and visited us just to check if everything was ok, he also gave us a map and information where we could buy fresh fish. He always answered and helped us if we needed and also brought some delicios cookies!! The pool was clean and it was great we could use it also by night when it was hot.I would highly reccomend this villa for any tipe of travelers, i think specially because is so nice, clean and the silence and the beautiful gardens make it suitable for families with children. Thank you again for a wonderful, unforgettable holiday!

Suberb Villa in fantastic gardens. The well maintained, clean well equipped villa had everything we needed including great views from the balconies. The pool and jacuzzi are just out of this world alongside a brand new fully covered BBQ area with its own fridge, sink, fully fitted units and outside shower. I spent a week at Villa Ostria together with 5 friends in August 2012. We were looking for a great villa which offers privacy, a pool and nice outside area (incl. barbecue). We did our due diligence and checked out several villas on the net. At the end our choice was Villa Ostria and we couldn't have been happier about our decision. One always is curious if the villa is really that great (after seeing the pictures) and in this case all our expectations were exceeded. We spent most of our time outside in the garden, since we were also lucky with the weather. The pool, various seating possibilities, the gardens, everything was just perfect. We also really enjoyed the service of Thimios, the owner. He was at our disposal 24/7. So no complaints from our side. If we make it to Lefkada again, Villa Ostria definitely will be our place to stay. Enjoy the villa, we definitely did!

It was just two of us staying at the villa Siroco and it was ideal. The bed is comfy and air conditioning (if you are traveling in August) is a must-have so we were very pleased to have it! Kitchen had everything we needed - although we did eat out for at least one meal a day. Location was ideal –near to the city but still very quiet and with a fascinating garden. The view was perfect. Overall, it was a lovely apartment in the most beautiful location. I would definitely return!

Me and my friends (couples and singles) stayed her last year and it was wonderful. The houses are very nice and spacious with a good pool and jacuzzi. All the good conditions to stay for a great vacations. Families or a group of friens her is a great place to stay. I also only have good things to say about sr. Efthimios Stavrakas. Very honest and welkoming person, that did made everithing possible for a wonderful vacations. Thank you for everything sr. Efthimios Stavrakas and the people of greece that i liked so much.

This is our third visit here and we loved it as much as ever! It is a beautiful island and a lovely villa, all we could want for a perfect and very relaxing holiday. The location of the villa is wonderful and we have enjoyed walking through the countryside. There are so many lovely things to see ans areas to explore, as well as some very tasty places to eat. We could not ask for more!
