First of all, thank you so much for this wonderful stay. Stella and her father were amazing hosts, always available for any questions, gave us a lot of support with organization, and made the trip perfect for all of us.The villa has everything you need, and the view is a dream.The massage therapists we booked through Stella were the perfect way to end this trip, I would recommend it to everyone.There is really nothing to complain about, we will definitely come back. We had a truly fantastic week at Villa Zenith. The villa is exceptional, particularly the outside areas. Manolis and Stella could not have been better hosts and provided lots of lovely extra touches to make our stay special. We would highly recommend and would love to return at some point! Beautiful villa - wonderful views - fantastic host - great location. This was my second visit. Found some great local restaurants, had wonderful BBQs at the villa watching the sunset and found some lovely coves for swimming and also did some gorge walking.

Villa Zenith is a beautiful villa in an elevated position with super sea views. The property is spacious with excellent outdoors space and a lovely infinity pool. Very comfortable sun loungers. All 4 bedrooms have en-suites which for our group of 3 mature couples worked well. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essential tools and a good quality gas BBQ was a joy. Aircon and fans in bedrooms were essential as we enjoyed wall-to-wall heat and sunshine. Host Stella was informative and responsive and her father greeted us on arrival and popped by regularly to maintain the pool and ensure we were comfortable. We had 2 visits for maid service during our 9-night stay - both were very comprehensive. Location is 75 mins from Heraklion airport - an easy run along the national road until the final 3 or 4 kms which were more rustic. Apart from the villa next door, the property is fairly remote, and very peaceful. The village of Prines is 1.5kms away with limited facilities and there is a good Lidl supermarket within 10 mins drive. Nearest beach 2kms. Overall, an excellent stay and we are very happy to recommend.

This was an amazing place to stay. Stella answered everything we needed to know and gave recommendations for places to visit, great restaurants, arranged taxis and helped with car hire. Her parents left savoury and sweet treats which were fantastic. The villa was cleaned midweek as well as being immaculate on arrival. The pool was welcomely cooling in the heat and the hot tub was great on an evening. The accommodation had lots of different places to sit and had shade when needed . It was cool enough inside to not need aircon but the family had it in their rooms at times. Kitchen was adequate for our needs and the outdoor BBQ and eating area was well used by us. The insect screens were on all doors and windows so we were able to have great air flow and no bites! (even at night). The views and sunsets were just stunning, brought me to tears at time it was so beautiful. There is plenty of sun all day and the umbrellas and verandas provided shade. I loved it and didn't want to leave!

You’ll want to pinch yourself when you arrive here . What a gorgeous place to stay. Stella and her father were both very nice and easy to communicate with . The villa had everything we needed, was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The views are SPECTACULAR! You will not regret staying here !

This property was amazing! Stella and her father were so helpful and accommodating. The pics do not lie but once you arrive is breath taking. Room for a family of seven and plenty of hangout nooks for all. The view and pool are awesome! We all hope to have the opportunity to visit again! Thank you both so much! Diaz Family

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Zenith. Stella and her father made us feel very welcome, as did Stella’s mother with her amazing cake. The villa was superb in the middle of countryside. Stella’s father met us and took us through villa explaining everything. It was very peaceful and we loved seeing the local sheep or goats walking past. The villa had everything we needed in terms of utensils and facilities. The cleaning regime was superb. The village was a bit too far for us to walk in the heat but we had a car so this wasn’t really an issue for us. Weather was mostly hot and sunny but on the few cloudy days we drove to the other side of the island and visited Damoni beach which was lovely. Rethymnon was wonderful and we spent many occasions dining there. Lots of choice of restaurants and shops. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Set just outside the charming Prines Village, the villa was superb - fantastic views and sunsets, decent sized pool and great bedrooms and bathrooms.
