Description

Villa Bella Vista is located in peaceful unspoilt Mediterranean nature in a small cove with no city noise. The villa is surrounded by a 2500 m2 garden with olive trees, figs, lemons, tangerines and oranges, as well as a wide variety of palm trees, the roads are lined with lavender and rosemary, laurel trees provide shade. Through the garden to get to the bay with Private Swimming platform under an old pine tree.
The villa is on two levels with two bedrooms, each with private bath. The upper bedroom opens with two doors on the huge marble terrace, the bottom directly into the garden, both with incomparably romantic view of the sunset over the island of Solta. The view of Brac Solta is sung in a popular song of Oliver Dragojevic überegionalen Stars.
Plus, there's two beds on the lower level in the study. On the upper level there is next to the large living-dining room with open fireplace and the kitchen had a room next to the private road and an additional toilet.
Man sitting in front of the basement of the villa, you have a choice in the shadow of the laurel hedge, the camphor tree or palm to sit. Or you can look for his own personal spot in the garden under the olive trees.
The villa has a private parking for two cars and is equipped with a refrigerator and dishwasher and washing machine.

The house is part of a small hamlet of vacation houses right on the coast in an otherwise isolated spot a few kilometers from Sutivan, and fifteen minutes from Supetar. The house itself is very nice, with large rooms, a terrace, AC. The houses are sufficiently distant, so, at least when we were there, there is very little noise from the neighbors. From the house, a short walk to the sea. Each house has its private dock with a wooden terrace on the rocks. Overall we had a very nice stay. The only aspect which was unsatisfactory was the instructions to reach the house : - once one gets on the dirt road from the main road, which is resonably easy to find, one must drive a couple of kilometers, the instructions being very vague about how long it will take, and what to do at intersections ; - there is a gate at the entrance of the hamlet, the code that was given to us was wrong ; - the numbering of the houses is very confusing, and the instructions could be much more precise ; - the wifi code given in the instructions was wrong. Fortunately, the owner was easy to reach by phone.

Fabulous week spent in this well appointed comfortable house with the Adriatic at the bottom of the garden. Wonderful spot.

We spent 11 days at the villa with our two small children. The house sits on a hill overlooking the sea with stunning views from the terrace. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and it has a fully equipped kitchen. The villa and its garden is very private and quite. The lush, terraced, mediterranean garden is big and offered a lot to explore to the children. The village has a private bay, which was never crowded. The area has great shopping facilities and restaurants which are easily accessible by car. I would definitely recommend the villa.
