Villa with private pool terrace overlooking the sea, village and beach nearby

This Villa is as good as the photo's make it look and we enjoyed a very nice stay in Diamante at the time of the annual Chilli festival. The villa is tucked up a hill and as we were arriving after dark, Paula the owner offered to meet us just outside Diamante to take us to the accommodation personally (a nice touch). The facilities at the villa are very good, the kitchen is well equipped, toilet & shower very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The best thing about the villa is that it comes with use of the pool and at the time we went there was no-one else in the Villa so we had it all to ourselves for a wonderful four days. Paula arranged for us to have a cot and a high chair for our one yr old and she couldn't do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The only slight negative is that the villa is situated 1km up a hill and whilst the walk from the town isn't that far, the walk up the hill is quite challenging as it's quite a steep hill. As long as you hire a car for your trip it's not a problem. For the amount charged for our stay this place is very good indeed and we would happily recommend it to any Brits wanting to see real Italy as the Italians enjoy it.

The flat is clean, new and very good for a beach- or travelvacation! The kitchen got everything you need, on a simple level. The owner is extremely friendly and helps out with everything! The garden and poolarea is beautiful!!! nice balcony-view!!! A car is definitely needed!!! It can be recommended without any doubt!!!

It was our first time in Calabrië. We were surprised of the green environment and the beautiful villages in the inland. The owners were very friendly and helpful. In this time of the year it was quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace.

The apartment was new and clean, set in a new housing complex on a hill in the outskirts of Diamante. There was a pleasant garden to relax in, and the view over the sea and mountains was great. A wonderful and mostly deserted beach was down the hill, maybe a 10 minutes walk from the house. The owner was very friendly and helpful, she really gave us a taste of calabrian hospitality.

This appartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Well equiped kitchen (all you need for cooking is provided) and terrace with the gorgeous view on the sea make the stay very pleasant. Beaches around are really nice and our kids enjoyed also the swimming pool which is just a round. We enjoyed out stay there, Paola was very friendly and helpful (thank you Paola!). The only small drawback - the hotel next door which made evenings a bit noisy but we will definitely come back.

It was a perfect holiday! Great location, not far from the beach. Amazing view on the sea from the terrace. Its a new and clean villa. The amenities have never been used before us:) Very green area around. Nice garden and a swimpool. It was the best place from all the Diamante!!!

Excellent Apartment, spotless and well furnished. Photos do not do it justice. Have everything needed for an enjoyable holiday for any age. Owners very friendly and helpful. Hope to return in summer.Thank You!
