Villa with private pool and garden, not far from the sea

This is a well maintained large property (the rooms are much bigger that you might expect, with high ceiling's) everything worked. Large well maintained garden and a good size swimming pool, approximately 7 metres in length. Parking for maximum two cars inside the electronic gates, but this is a quiet safe cui di sac so more parking just outside. The owners are helpful, nice and very easy to get along with. For English only speakers their English is more than adequate. The father, Vicenzo, came every other day to clean and maintain the swimming pool, he also swept the paved areas. In summary we would be very happy to rent this property again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered plenty of space for our family to relax comfortably. The private pool was a highlight—clean, well-kept, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy.Vincenzo and Tony were outstanding—very responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.Overall, this villa offered the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. We received a fantastic welcome and both both Vincenzo and Tony were great. The house has everything you need and the pool area is a fantastic space to enjoy the sun. We rely enjoyed our stay and give the villa a big thumbs up.

We had a very nice family holiday in this house. The owners were very nice and always available for any type of question. The house is ideal for excursions to Pompeii, the Islands and Napoli. We would recommend the Metro for Napoli, it was easy, convenient and clean.

Tony and Vincenzo are great hosts, they have been very helpful and have made us feel very welcome. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped, and it is a pleasure to relax in the garden and pool. The location is perfect to visit places like Napoli, Procida/Ischia and Caserta.

We had a very nice stay at Vincenzo’s place. Super clean and everything you need is available.Both hosts speak English very well, Vincenzo’s son Tony is a basically a local tourguide, he knows a lot about local sightseeings, shops and places to go.Keep it up guys!!

Lovely pool nice open space inside needs up dating and quite a lot of maintenance door locks were tricky and ac in main area was poor 2nd shower was tiny so no adult would fit kitchen cupboards wete loose and in need of repair switches fell off walls very overlooked by neighbours also

We had a wonderful time staying at Vincezos house. Bith him anc Tony were vrry helpful in everything we needed. The house was perfectvfor our needs and we enjoyed it very much. Yhank you.

Big clean house with private pool near restaurants and supermarket. Owner has a great website with tips what to see in the area. Grazie Vincenzo e Tony
