The residence has a large enclosed flower garden (ca. 1200 m2), fruit trees (to be eaten on site) and a beautiful paved walking path. Its standard provides residents with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and as many toilets. The availability of the swimming pool is guaranteed for the following months: May, June, July, August, September and October. And the rest of the year is subject to change. Its cleaning and chemical treatment are daily, provided by a professional employee and an ultra-sophisticated robot.
