Villa with pool in a quite Village near the Beautiful Sandy beach of Costa Rei

The villa was lovely and the agent really helpful and easy to contact and responsive. The swimming pool though not big we loved the design of it and the garden was very private with lots of umbrellas for shade. They did not speak much English though and maybe written instructions about how things works and the recycling would have been easier than the rep trying to explain to us when he met us on our arrival.

What a wonderful start we had at Franco’s property. The house is really clean and really well appointed. The patio area is amazing, so spacious and well maintained. The pool is fantastic too, we spend so much time in it! There are also so many incredible beaches near by, completely spoil for choice. The pizzeria near by was excellent, great food and ambiance… a very local feel. There are also other places near by super market, pharmacy, butcher, a fish shop and a few other restaurants. Franco is really attentive, responsive and overall a great host. You can’t go wrong with this place!!

A lovely villa that was perfect for our family. Great location and only a 3 min walk to the Pizzeria. Another 3 restaurants only a further 5 mins away. Very quick responses from Franco and Andrea when we had any questions.

The house was perfect. Very clean and spacious. The garden and pool was very private. Local restaurants were easily walkable although the local shop was a short drive but adequately stocked.

We had a wonderful stay. The House is very clean, equipped with everything you need. The pool is a highlight. The nearest beach is only about 10 minutes away by car. The hosts are very nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Franco & Andrea for everything.

We (family of 6) had a perfect stay at Franco‘s house! Everything was very clean and modern. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a good washing machine free to use. Our kids loved the pool and the whole yard to play and relax. Franco was a perfect host, he even offered to recommend places to go and restaurants in the area, which was a great help. We enjoyed the stay very much, thank you!

Nice villa, nice garden, quiet area and a fantastic pool. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance but a car is recommended to get to the beach and around. The villa has all you need, we mostly had dinner at home using the efficient grill in the private garden. Outdoor shower was also very nice. The guy handing over the keys was very polite and helpful but does not speak English, but we managed good anyways and the owner was very responsive on WhatsApp or sms in English. We will stay here again if we should come to Sardinia again.

We had a superb stay here. The villa is spacious and well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and things that make a difference such as large pool/beach towels, a parasol to take to the beach and ample, white towels for all guests all made for such a comfortable stay. The place was absolutely spotless too! Francesco and Andrea were both fantastic to deal with and both so obliging, they went out of their way to take care of things for us, not least as we quarantined there from the UK for 5 days. We couldn’t have had a more enjoyable quarantine period. It is a tranquil setting, the pool is fantastic and the location is within easy reach of many of our favourite beaches, as well as a short walk to a decent supermarket and restaurant options. Everything you would want for a family holiday - villa was very clean and well kept - all beds very comfortable and air con works - pool is larger than photos suggest and great for dip when coming back from beach as is the outside shower - location for beaches superb and overall a really great place to stay - thanks to Franco for all the support pre-trip and to Andrea for being on site

The villa is well equipped and has enough room for 4-6 people. Everything was clean and Franco (the renter) was all the time available and made a great job. We recommend to rent a car, so you can just reach everything in a few minutes. The little village Olia Speciose has one supermarket , a bar and very good pizza restaurants. For everything else you just need some few minutes to reach by car. Further the villa has aircondition in every single room and there are two bathrooms. The garden has a shower, grillstation and the pool. Everything was well maintained by technicians and gardeners. we absolutely recommend the villa and we'll defintely come back to visit Sardinia.

Great little town with brilliant restaurants and decent sized supermarkets, conveniently located 10-15 mins drive to Costa Rei and the plethora of beaches nearby. Fantasticly clean and cool (air con) villa with modern appliances and a small but clean and usable pool, and lovely grass area with bbq and outdoor shower. We absolutely loved our time there.
