Villa with indoor pool, billiards, sauna, 230m2, Seafront, Jard sur Mer

6 adults ranging from 19 years to 60 years.Lots to do and a freat property. Only downside for us was the lacknof air conditioning despite the listing saying it was there. However the blinds helped regulate the heat

Wunderful place

We loved our stay at Villa Eden. Would highly recommend for families and would love to return and stay longer. Great location and facilities. Property owners were very responsive and everything was exactly or better than imagined.

We drove from UK and our children arrived in Nantes by plane and hired a car. Both found getting to this property easy. We were met by Caroline who was so very welcoming. The property fulfilled more than what we expected. Nicolas and Celine were perfect hosts with a particular eye for detail which makes the holiday hassle free. Nicolas is responsive and helpful and as you have his telephone number. He is a young man and attune to modern tourist needs. They even provided all baby things including a high chair and cot, and the kitchen has modern equipment, clean and well maintained. It felt “home from home”. The place itself had a beautiful indoor swimming pool heated to 29°C. The pool height is waist height and so perfect for young swimming under supervision. We used it morning, afternoon and with pool lights, even at night! The bicycles are well maintained and modern and even have a child carrier. The beach is 200 metres away on a pebbled beach, lovely to take the kids exploring the pools and they loved the “fishing” for shrimps and crabs with pool nets which they had in the shed. Children loved the swing and slide in the garden too. he 3 side veranda is excellent. We did not use the pool table; young kids. For the adults, restaurants are not far (approx.. 5km) and the town is small with bustle but void of loud noise. The market for fruits and vegetables and meat is fantastic. My son and his wife loved the cycling and walking…. Things to do is plentiful. We have stayed in executive housing in Florida, USA and found Nicholas and Celine place had a perfect guest guide book. It even had easy instruction leaflets on all the electric and mechanical devices. The place compares in the same league as luxury housing and lovely spots of France. We spend a lot of time in great places in Mauritius, Naples, Nice, Crete and Cyprus. This is another great hideaway since The property is mostly good for wheelchair users too! ENJOY. As with all quality owners, they even sent back the full deposit within 5 days! Thank you Nicolas and Celine. May we wish you all the success. We have returned to many of the places we liked; and now we have added your place as a great place to return to as well.

Took our children, their spouses and our grandchildren to celebrate my 60th birthday. Warm welcome from Caroline and a chilled bottle of champagne from Nicolas waiting. Plenty of room both inside and out for our party of 10 ranging in age from 62 years to 13 months. The children especially loved the pool and being indoors and 30 degrees outside they could swim without us worrying about sunburn. Couldn't be closer to the sea, we could hear the waves. Brilliant holiday.

A fabulous place to stay as a relaxing retreat, we were 2 families and had a wonderful stay. Large luxury Villa with very well thought out sitting and eating areas inside and out. Very well equipt kitchen for the home chef! Gardens fully enclosed keeping little ones safe. The pool is heated as described at a steady 29 degrees making swimming a very pleasant experience. Again the pool is kiddy friendly as it can be closed off with locking patio doors. More than adequate wifi speeds and great it tech available. Fully equipped laundry equipment - washer, dryer. No hidden costs / charges. Please be awear that there is not much here for more independent teenagers or for those looking for a strolling, wine drinking, cafe culture. The only criticism I would have is there is no air con or fans available and the bikes needed puncture repairs before we could use them and really would benefit from some maintenance. These are very minor issues and I would have no problems recommending this venue to friends and family, and we will be looking to book to stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Eden. The house is lovely, clean, modern, very well maintained and extremely comfortable. The pictures are a good representation of the accommodation. The rooms were spacious and the owners have provided everything you could possibly need, even down to things like hand wash and dishwasher tablets which are things that are often not provided, but really make a difference when you are living out of a suitcase. Children are well catered for too - our 4 year old daughter loved the play area with swings, climbing frame and slide, as well as the indoor games and child friendly bedroom. The garden and outside areas are really lovely, with plenty of space and lots of chairs, loungers and dining facilities that are again, all good quality and very well maintained. Equally the bikes and helmets (of which there are many) were a great addition, and we thoroughly enjoyed the use of them. However, the jewel in the crown is the indoor pool which is fabulous. The weather wasn't always great during our stay, but with the indoor pool it didn't matter and we used it every day. As with everything else, it is high spec and well maintained. The villa's location is also very good. The villa is slightly set back from the road, in a nice peaceful location. Cross the road and you can walk along the rocky coast line. Nice, sandy beaches are a reasonable bike ride away in either direction. There are also some great woodland and coastal walks nearby and Jard is well geared up for cyclists, with lots of cycle routes to explore on. The town and harbour are both a 5 minute cycle ride or about a 20 minute walk away. There are a number of nice restaurants in and around the harbour area, a good selection of shops in the centre and there is a large Supermarket a 5 minute car ride away. Nicolas, the owner, is very helpful, considerate and prompt at replying to any questions that I had. In summary, if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday with everything on your doorstop in a home from home setting then look no further. I can't recommend this place enough. Lovely, clean villa with lots of space. Indoor pool was lovely to have. Outdoor space was slightly more limited than the photos had implied but still adequate. Generally a really well equipped property - lots of little extras included. Owner was extremely helpful . Location of property was lovely and quiet with nice beaches very close by. Easy cycle ride into Jard. Jard has lovely Monday market, lots of little shops and a large Super U close by. Would certainly recommend to friends
