All Decked Out on Sullivans Island

Home blew us away! Perfect laid back beach vibe. Hot tub and pool amazing features! Views of beach and ocean incredible. Immaculately clean, organized. We were there for my sons wedding in charleston, there was fluctuating family members staying, going, visiting… even the bride and groom stayed! With their golden retriever harper for a night! Truly the best home weve ever had the pleasure of staying in! Sarah, the home contact oerson was amazing! Easy to reach and so friendly, truly a pleasure!!!

Great location

Perfect Beach house for our 3 generations. The pool, hot tub and pool table are great additions to being right on the beach. Our second stay in 2 years - likely we'll be 3 for 3.

This property must be the most amazing lot on the beach!! Easy walk to the beach and we believe it has the best view .

One of the best piece's of land on Sullivan's Island. The beach was spectacular and enjoyed by all.

Spacious layout of home for the kids and grandkids to enjoy themselves. Beach, pool, and hot tub kept them very active. House has all the necessary amenities. Son lives on Johns island and he recommended Sullivans island

This property, 200 yards from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, was a great home base for the annual Polar Plunge and our family’s celebration of a 10 year wedding anniversary. Thanks so much!

This is a prefect house for families. Plenty of seating inside and out. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Ability to shut off beach access and pool. Great position and views. We loved it!

We couldn't have asked for a better location, but the house itself needs some care and updates. Among the positives for this rental were the number of guests it sleeps, the pool and the location. The negatives include the doorwall that didn't lock and the one that we had to struggle to open. The kitchen area overall gave an appearance of being dirty, with some cupboard doors hanging off of their frames. The windows could use replacements, too. The decks are old and my daughter fell through one of the boards on the way to the pool. We did use the pool a lot, but that too is tearing away from it's foundation. Overall, my family had a great week on Sullivan's Island, but I left feeling like I didn't get what I had paid for.

This is a perfect location and layout for a beach vacation. Right on the beach, well stocked with all the basic needs, wonderful great room for all to gather, plenty of porches and screened in porches (2 levels) yet plenty o rooms for needed privacy.

Sarah was wonderful, house was fully stocked, clean, spacious. Would definitely stay again.

This home is your classic old school beach cottage with a picture-perfect oceanfront location on Sullivans Island. The home has absolutely everything you need for a great beach vacation. The beach and ocean are the main attraction, but having a pool and hot tub to come back to in the afternoon/evening is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach. The home is very well stocked in the kitchen, laundry room, and all bedrooms and bathrooms. And the beds/linens were super comfortable. Puzzles, games, poker, books, and beach toys are plentiful should you need something more than the beach and sun to pass the time. The property manager (Sara) is super responsive and helpful should you need any questions answered. Definitely 5-stars for this property!
