Villa with garden and pool close to Siena

A charming independent stone house (100 sqm), located in a small hamlet, just 4 kms outside Sovicille,
in the Montagnola Senese area, which is a green hilly part of Tuscany about 10 km from the town of Siena.
Partially fenced, the house has a large open courtyard (about 600 sqm) in front of it, closed by an iron gate.
Satellite tv, radio and DVD player are at the guests' disposal. A French door from the living room, opens onto the private shaded terraced garden furnished with tableand chairs for al fresco dining. Barbecue at disposal.
From the terraced garden a few steps take you to the wooden terrace used as a solarium, with deckchairs and sun umbrella. Here is located an above ground swimming pool (3 x 7 meter - 1.20 meter deep; seasonal opening).
To the right side of the house there is a path with a small wall made of stones which borders, the neighbour's garden.
The house has been lovingly restored and retains its authentic charm with its wooden beams and terracotta floors. The furnishings are a harmonious blend of antiques and modern pieces.
In Sovicille, there are restaurants, shops , bank and bars. The nearest Restaurant is only at 800 meters.
Firenze is at 80 kms, Arezzo at 96 kms, San Gimignano at 50 kms, Montalcino at 51 kms and Pienza at 63 kms.
Sleeps 4 - The house has a large open courtyard (about 600 sqm) in front of it, closed by an iron gate. A wooden door from the courtyard leads to three steps going down to the small landing with a door on the right and one on the left. A double bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite shower bathroom, is on the left and a twin bedroom and a shower bathroom and washing machine, are on the right side. A flight of stairs from the landing, leads down to the spacious bright open living dining room with a fireplace and a well equipped kitchen corner (electric oven, 4 ring burner, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker). Satellite tv, radio and DVD player, wi-fi and air-conditioning are at the disposal of the guest. The prices are per apartment and they include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning. Use of the swimming pool. Barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board available for free. Pets not allowed. Air-conditioning (available in summer only) included in the price.To pay extra on the premises: in winter central heating, inventory deposit, extra bed: n.1 available on request (single sofa bed in the living room), baby bed, wood for fireplace, local tax must be paid cash on the spot. For 3, 4 or 5 nights stay final cleaning charge is required.
