Villa with breathtaking pool and garden, near Sorrento

Exceeded our expectations! The villa was amazing and so big ! The pool was perfect and well used by us ! The owners were so helpful and we highly recommend this villa

What a wonderful villa for a large family . We stayed with 2 adults and 4 teens and had ample room for privacy and consort(Airconditioners in every bedroom was bliss). Serena and Sara were exceptional hosts who offered assistance at any time we had a question ,with always prompt replies . The villa is out of Sorrento ( only a 20 minutes) with regular buses going every half hour . The village we stayed in had everything we needed and very affordable options for dinner - we loved everything about our stay !!!

We were 3 couples, enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, relaxing outside, swimming in pool although pool not heated. Very clean and conveniently located. Close to groceries, pharmacy, coffee , pastries and restaurants. Thank you Serena and Sara

Well located in Sant Agatha. The Villa would benefit from installing window screens to allow fresh air to enter the house without having mosquitoes and flies to enter.

The Villa was beautiful and extremely spacious! The host was amazing with many fantastic recommendations of local restaurants, bars and excursions! Highly recommend!

We stayed as a family group of six adults and from booking to the end of our stay, Serena and Sara were amazing. Easy and clear communication despite my poor and limited Italian language skills, lots of guidance for taxi companies and local restaurants before we arrived which made organising our trip so much easier. On arrival we were all very happy, greeted by Sara and taken around the villa, everything was perfect. The gardens are beautiful, loads of good comfortable seating, clean pool, Villa spotless, comfortable beds, lots of little touches with books and maps of the local area, water in the fridge, just perfect. Sara was so helpful throughout our stay, local restaurant recommendations, guidance if we had any questions and being blunt just a downright lovely lady. The area of Sant Agata has plenty of good restaurants, supermarket, shops, with a lovely little bakery in the square that does the most amazing fresh bread. We didn’t have a car so relied on the local bus system, which works well, is cheap but is sometimes a little chaotic, but it all worked fine for us. Amazing holiday in a lovely Villa with great communication and lovely owners, would definitely stay again

Staying at Villa Serena was wonderful! The house was clean and beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. We came to Italy to see the Amalfi coast but after driving to Positano and back we mainly stayed in the charming Sant’Agata to avoid the crowds and enjoy the villa and the life in the village. It was the perfect location, The garden around the villa provided us with both lots of sun and fun but also shade when we needed it. The many travel books provided us with information of the history and geography of the region. Sara and Serena were lovely hosts that made sure we had everything we needed as well as recommending good bars and resturants in the neighborhood. Thank you for having us! We will definetly try to visit Sant’Agata again in the future, a week stay was not enough time to really see all the sights.

Our stay at Villa Serena was fantastic. The description of the villa was spot on. We were a party of 6 (3 couples) and there was plenty of room in the villa. Lots of outdoor seating areas. The pool was beautiful. Sara and Serena were a delight to work with. The village and its towns people were so friendly and welcoming. Many choices for dining and easy bus ride to Sorrento. We hope to return and when we do, Villa Serena would be the place we’d want to stay!

From start to finish

I have booked many villas only to find they are nothing like the description or pictures - not on this occasion. The villa was absolutely fantastic, it felt like we were staying in a palazzo. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Has hairdryers, towels and pool towels which I have never had before. The grounds are beautiful and lots of different spots if you want to go off quietly on your own. Three bedrooms have balconies so again masses of space. Lots of storage for clothes and beds so comfortable. Location is again absolutely ideal. Masses of restaurants, bars and shops on door step. Supermarket within walking distance so no need for car at all. Regular bus service into Sorrento from S’Agata very cheap and quick. Again within walking distance of villa. The hosts Sara and Serena are absolutely brilliant. Never came to water plants and check pool without checking with us first. Checked halfway through that everything was good. Answered any questions about taxis, places to eat, etc very quickly and clearly. Also went above and beyond when my mother had to be admitted to hospital - Serena drove us to hospital next day, interpreted for us, used contacts to check for Covid test availability at short notice so I could visit and then drove me to village to get the test, again interpreted and then drove us back to villa. All out of her way and taking time out of her work. Both Serena and Sara also checked with me the next day to see how my mum was getting on. All in all I seriously cannot rate this place too highly and recommend it to everyone
