Family‑Friendly Villa with Beautiful Sea Views, Private Pool & Spacious Gardens

We are a group of discerning women who travel somewhat frequently and, admittedly, have high standards. I would not rank this as a 9.8. The house is tired; it was not well cleaned before our arrival - 2 showers were blocked and some essentials were not provided - for example, no extra toilet paper, no shampoo, no body wash, no paper towels or laundry detergent. In a property of this caliber, I consider these extras to be basic, especially when guests are coming from overseas. Having said that, we had a delightful stay in the area, although I'm sad to say that we would not rent this property again.

We loved the view of the ocean. Location was great central to lots of towns and beaches. Uber was available all the time which was great. House was large enough that everyone had lots of space. The pool area was fantastic, as well as the sun deck on the upper floor. Very private and quiet area felt very safe and secure.

The pool was lovely, the interior is a bit dated and needs updating. There were no basics for etc washing up liquids utensils etc. It does say in the welcome pack they do not provide but would have been helpful to know beforehand including no non bags either.

Very enjoyable. House had everything necessary for a great holiday. Nice pool. Nice views. Close to most amenities.

Good points: * Great location, quiet, sea views * Lovely grounds, colourful planting and well maintained * Very good, clean and well maintained pool * Spacious, light accommodation * Lots of crockery Not so good points: * Not very clean - we needed to run the dishwasher 2 - 3 times for glasses and crockery before using. Some furniture and surfaces needed a wipe over. Needed a deep clean * Sofas reeked of cleaner products - smelt like lots of chemical dry cleaner used over a long time. Despite my request, fumes were very evident the whole week we were there * No hot water was available until mid afternoon. We recognise the value of using solar energy but this was very poor. * Basics like bin bags etc…. would have been valued. * The maid did not visit. * The smoke alarm went off late one evening - a battery change needed we think as there was no smoke * TV - couldn’t get English language! (I think it was German) * Fittings etc didn’t fit very well and some aspects needed refreshing! * Inaccurate information. We expected a visit from Michelle Edgeley but were later told this was incorrect. Overall, despite the cons we had a good stay. Rating 3/5 - would be 4/5 if we felt more regard had been given to our request regarding my wife’s chemical sensitivity.

Excellent experience. Lovely villa in a good location. Not easy to find initially but otherwise all fine. Very spacious, great pool, good agent interaction. Flexible on booking in time.
