At just 5 minutes drive from Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, Casa do Verde was completely renovated in 2022. It is bright, spacious and very comfortable, fully air conditioned and has free wifi and is surrounded by a beautiful mature garden with a large shared outdoors swimming pool. Just a few minutes away from lovely beaches.

The two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are situated on the ground floor. Big sliding doors in the bedrooms give you access to the garden and the terrace with a seating area and sun beds to enjoy the quiet and the sun. The living room, kitchen and dining room are on the first floor. The large balcony with dining table offers a beautiful look over the gardens, swimming pool and the ocean. The swimming pool is just 25 meters away!

As a guest you have exclusive access to the entire townhouse. You also may use all the facilities of the resort like the outdoor swimming pool, the jacuzzi (closed in July and August), the gym, the playground and restaurant.

Everything regarding the apartment was perfect... better than expected. The urbanization is very well maintained and close to beaches and restaurants and a little supermarket.
