The property is fabulous...absolutely spotless and with everything you need! Including supply of toiletries and phone charging unit. Dawn, our host, was amazing. We were first guests in after renovations so there were a couple of issues that needed attention and sorting but Dawn managed to do this in a very timely manner, keeping us updated throughout. The location is great..we have stayed on Grimacho many times and love it. This apartment is so close to the pool and the Clubhouse which was a real bonus. Thank you so much Dawn . As a family we would highly recommend this wonderful property.

Not our first stay here as it’s so lovely, it’s clean, it’s decorated so tastefully and every little thing has been thought of to make your stay so perfect. The apartment is close to so many attractions and a quick drive in a few directions brings you to so many wonderful restaurants and cafe/bars. The golf complex is fantastic too…and the club house does great food if you don’t fancy going out or cooking! I can’t speak highly enough of this property. We will be back again! Thank you Dawn

We very much liked the property - it had absolutely everything one could need. It is located very close to the pool and unfortunately the 3 days we were there we found it very noisy.

We had an amazing 3 week stay. The property was exactly as advertised. We were welcomed with a few necessities - eggs, bread, oranges, long life milk, water and a bottle of wine. Dawn, owner, was very responsive - reaching out unprompted to check all was well. Sam and Marta, property management in Portugal, were also only a text away, fortunately we didn’t need them. But Marta came weekly for cleaning, bed change and clean towels. Eating, in or out, was very easy even with gluten free (celiac). Huge selection of Schar products at grocery stores. We enjoyed days lazing at the condo plus many days out. We loved coming back to the peace and quiet of the condo and complex. We’re not big golfers but did play a few times - only once at Gramacho (wonderful course, brilliant rental clubs - better than mine at home!) We would definitely look at other golf rental options (50-60 Euro per week we’ve since discovered) on returning as we’ll definitely go back! In need of a SIM card - Vodaphone at Faro airport were super friendly.

After some check-in glitches the apartment was great. A short walk to the Gramacho Golf Club. Wasn't happy that the owner wanted us to collect the used linens and take out the garbage despite charging a cleaning fee.

Absolutely spotless, great job by Sam and Marta ensuring apartment was thoroughly clean as well as leaving some complimentary food items, toiletries and wine, a really nice touch. Location was perfect for the outdoor pool as well as golf and is only a short car ride to Carvoeiro or Ferragudo for restaurants. King beds were extremely comfortable with plenty wardrobe and drawer space. Kitchen was full of every appliance you could possibly need and there were welcome ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room which were needed given temperature hit 35C. There were fly nets on windows and doors so they could be left open for ventilation. We never watched much tv on the large tv in the living room albeit had a wide range of channels and Netflix. A real bonus was the multi charger in the living area that could charge every type of device so we didn’t need any of our own chargers. The apartment is very well decorated in light colours and was perfect for our holiday. The local management team of Sam & Marta were great and quickly sorted an issue with kettle as well as keeping in touch to ensure everything was okay which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this apartment and we will be back again.

We spent two weeks at this wonderful property and thoroughly enjoyed it. Dawn was very quick with her response and checked all was well while we were there. Samuel and Marta were so kind and went above the norm. Highly recommended, hope we can come back again!

The apartment is just fantastic - location from the airport, the towns nearby, water park, supermarkets are all in a stone's throw away. A car is advisable but not 100% needed. The apartment size is fantastic, loads of room and really stylishly done - with every little thing thought of by Dawn the owner. Even Samuel greets you at the apartment and shows you around, I cannot fault our stay at all. There was a fuel crisis whilst we there and Samuel even texted me to see if I needed any help speaking to our car hire incase we couldn't fill the tank back up! The TV in the apartment is unbelievably good - the best I have ever seen abroad! The beds were super comfy. Gosh I could go on and on and on - just everything was superb and to a very high standard. Home from home in every way. And just to top it all loads of great restaurants locally - wow, we ate well!!! Can't wait to look at our next dates and we will definitely return - no need to look any further or do any searching!
