Villa with 4BR/3BA, Pool, Guest House and Bikes in Prime Area

The house was amazing! Plenty of room to spread out and entertain. While we were there during the rainy season the backyard and pool is such a nice space to relax.

The house was beautiful and in a great location. Perfect for a weekend of food and wine!! Janelle was always quick to respond to any questions. The home is well equipped with a number of fun activities to engaged in. Unfortunately, it is winter now so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool or bicycles. But we did enjoy the garden, played bocce ball, foosball and ping pong. We brought our own games but noticed a cupboard that housed every game imaginable. Would definitely stay again, this house has a lot to offer.

Host is very welcoming. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The fireplace is very cozy and warms up the whole living room. The property has a lovely olive grove with bocce court in it. The pool area would be lovely in the summer. We enjoyed playing ping pong in the recreation building. Sonoma is very close by and the area is beautiful. I would stay here again. We especially liked being able to host some of our family in the casita which afforded more freedom and privacy.

Wonderful spot with all of the amenities!

It's a beautiful and spacious property. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to make dinner, including sharp knives which is a rarity. It sadly rained all weekend, so we did not get to spend enough time in the gorgeous yard or use the bicycles provided to get to the wineries that were in easy walking/biking distance like Gundlach Bundschu and Buena Vista wineries. Downtown Sonoma is a 6 minute drive to great restaurants, shops, and live music. Sonoma's Best Mercantile has coffee and pastries, savory breakfast, and sandwiches a few minutes drive from the house. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wow, what a gem in the heart of Sonoma! Super cute, very conveniently located and with lots of space. The guest house and game / art studio spaces are a total bonus. The grounds are fantastic. In the warmer seasons the pool would have gotten a lot of use for sure. Would absolutely stay here again and many thanks to our host for allowing us to visit!!

We had a wonderful time. What a great place. Everything you need a little off the beaten track so no traffic or noise to worry about. We loved it !!

We had the best time! Perfect place for our group! We enjoyed making a yummy breakfast every morning. We loved the outdoor seating in the back. We had so much fun doing karaoke in the game room. We definitely plan to be back! Thank you!

This property had everything! The provided photos show luxury and fun and that is what you get! The gathering areas are spacious and beatiful! A dinner outside under the olive trees are a must at the end of an afternoon of swimming and playing all the fund games on property. Whatever group you have you can't go wrong staying here!

Great place for a get together with beautiful outdoor space

Great long weekend stay. Central to the square in Sonoma, and so many wineries in both Sonoma and Napa Valleys. Beautiful property with a nice pool we would have used if the weather was warmer. Fun “entertainment room” with foosball , ping pong and karaoke. Our group took advantage of all. And a few ventured out on a bike ride around town.

This is a such a great property and was a perfect home base for our group while visiting the area. Since we were visiting in the off season, we didn't take advantage of the beautiful backyard like we would have in the Spring/Summer -- and we were so busy catching up that we never made it to the game room. But, we loved that all this was available to us. I must mention that the acoustics in the house aren't great, so as soon as one person wakes up in the morning, everyone wakes up in the morning -- but of course, that's par the course for girlfriend getaways, so we didn't mind too much! The house is located close to Sonoma Square and lots of wonderful wineries. We would love to visit again!

Ideal property for privacy and comfort. We truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa ini November 2024. Despite torrential rains early in the stay, some minor issues were immediately addressed and the rest of our stay was flawless. The place has ample space for an extended family or siblings with little ones. The grounds were extensive and fun to explore, with persimmon, pear, olive, and other mature trees spread about. At this time of year, the plunge pool was for cold water challenges only, but we can see how refreshing it would be in warmer weather. The bikes are a nice touch, in excellent condition and it is an easy ride to nearby wineries or the square. The location is ideal, removed from downtown but close enough for easy access. We warmed up Thanksgiving dinner and ate at home, and the well-stocked kitchen and second oven in the cottage really came in handy. The beds were comfortable and the unit felt homey, with dark hardwood flooring, gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and charcoal grill. The play / artists space was also fun, with space for ping pong, foosball, and a stage for karaoke. We would gladly stay again.

Six women celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday and my daughter’s 30th birthday in this wonderful home in the heart of Sonoma. It was huge and so full of fun things to do that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it all. From the bikes and the pool to the gathering of chairs in the olive grove to the ample bedroom space —all was memorable and a perfect ‘home base’. Thank you!

Loved the property and location. The only negative - we were there from Oct 4-9, 2024 during a heat wave with temps high 90's to low 100's. It didn't cool down until very late so there were very uncomfortable nights with no air conditioning.

Great spot for family to attend wedding in Sonoma

This house was perfect! It was exactly the way it was described but even more perfect in person. The amenities were fabulous and the location so convenient to everything. 10/10 I will definitely rent again.

My two friends and I stayed at the house and had a great time. The house was beautiful and close proximity to downtown Sonoma was a plus. The grounds were well kept and spacious and made us feel like we were in our own oasis. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The area was Spacious and perfect for 3 couples. The Host was very responsive to questions and needs. I would highly recommend.

This was a great home base for our girls trip to Napa and Sonoma. We needed more time than we had to use all of the ammenities.
