Our villa is an old farmhouse completely restored while the dependence is an old sheepfold, also completely renovated.
The location is equipped with all comforts and is ideal for a fantastic family holiday, with friends and in absolute relaxation. It is located in Panicale, and is only 15 km from Tuscany. The village stands on a hill at thefoot of Mount Petrarvella (641 m asl) in the Roman Val di Chiana, located between the valley of Lake Trasimeno and the valley of the Nestòre river.
Panicale is part of the circuit of the most beautiful villages in Italy and has been awarded the orange flag by the Italian Touring Club. The town is famous for its historical monuments, first of all the church of San Sebastiano, inside which you can admire the Martyrdom of San Sebastiano by Pietro Vannucci, called the Perugino.
The location is very close to Perugia and Tuscany. Located in a strategic position, close to all the most famous destinations such as Assisi, Cortona, Siena, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia and surroundings!
The E45 highway is a few km away, ideal for day trips, as well as for longer itineraries as it connects with the A1 Rome-Florence highway, so you can visit cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto are all reachable in less than an hour, as are smaller but equally interesting places, such as Città della Pieve, the villages around Lake Trasimeno, Cortona and Montepulciano. Lovers of outdoor life can go hiking and mountain biking along the paths that abound in the area, famous for the variety of natural places of unquestionable charm. The Montarale Park with picnic areas, which from its 853 m above sea level, offers a panoramic view of the Trasimeno basin.
The villa is spread over two floors, for a total of 400 square meters, is equipped with all comforts.
Composed of 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are double bedrooms with their own bathroom, it has a very large dining room, 3 lounges, 6 bathrooms, kitchen with restaurant facilities, ironing room, laundry room, equipped garden, perfectly functioning old wood oven , barbecue. We offer our guests catering service in the villa, event organization, wine testing.
We are in fact producers of wine and oil and we love the culinary traditions of our region. We organize special events such as evenings with a professional baker and with baking bread and pizza in the old wood oven adjacent to the villa.

The dependence is also spread over 2 levels and is adjacent to the villa. On the ground floor living room, fireplace, kitchen sofa bed and small bathroom. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom and a single bed and a large bathroom.
