Villa Verde Margaret River

A very clean and comfy 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen (and some supplies) and Laundry available. A short cut through to Main Street and restaurants is very handy. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location for Margaret River cafes, bars and restaurants etc. Property as seen in photos but now a little tired. Needs a lick of paint and carpets need an update. Lucy responded quickly when we asked for cleaners to return as place obviously unoccupied before we moved in (for 54 days) and needed a good dusting on all surfaces. Furniture and furnishings would benefit from an update. Shower in Master was excellent. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped and a good sized BBQ in the patio area.

Lovely accommodation. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Everything needed for a stay in the Margaret River area. Quiet street directly behind the town and only a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. We stayed for 3 nights and would have loved to haves extended for a few nights, but it was booked up. A super place to stay.

Great to have restaurants and shops nearby

Lovely place with lots of room. Great location with shops on the same street. Is advertised as having king rooms but the two doubles are in fact queen size. Would have liked soap or body wash and shampoo- only minor problems. Thanks Lucy.

very clean and neat, comfortable house. Very convenientlocation. will definitely book again. Suggestion would be to supply more towels, as there was only one towel per person.

We took my 91 year old mum to Margaret River, is her favourite place when here, from U.K. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We chose this property for mum to be able to get around easily, we weren’t disappointed. It is at the bottom end of town, but this meant that we had an easy walk back after browsing the shops! We would recommend this property for anyone.

The property was well appointed, everything you could need, certainly for our few days. It is centrally located for the town itself, and the wider area. We've had a great few days.... Finally, any communication with the host has been excellent...not always the case

Property was exactly as described, well presented, very clean/tidy and everything was working. Nice comfortable beds and the showers were good. Great location with just short walk into town, restaurants, the river walk and the local skate park. Would we at Villa Verde stay again? Most definitely.

The property is exactly as advertised. The location is great, a short walk to the main street in Margaret River. The house was spotless clean, the shower head water pressure is fantastic and the beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
