- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 0 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Modern House, located near picturesque villages and internal local beaches. Water sports, restaurants, nightlife, 3 golf courses, horse riding and tennis.
It has accommodation for 10 people. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, and fully furnished pool. Outside you can enjoy the swimming pool with relaxation and good climate that offers Mallorca.    >With beautiful beaches from which you can choose, secluded coves and wide sunny beaches. Three of the most spectacular golf courses on the island are just 10 minutes.
The restaurants and nightlife are available in the area as well as many cultural attractions such as castles, museums, caves, horseback riding on the beach or hiking in the mountains. The house has everything you need to enjoy your holiday with family, friends and children.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  
€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.
