The idyllic, rural finca “Bona Sort” is located between Artá and Canyamel. Gentle green hills characterize the typical Mediterranean coastal landscape of the east of Mallorca. From the finca you have a beautiful view of the castle of Capdepera. By car it is only 5.5 km to Artá. , The medieval pilgrimage church of Sant Salvador on the top of the hill of Artá dominates the cityscape and is already visible from a distance. Artá invites you to linger with numerous shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. On Tuesdays, the beautiful weekly market invites you to shop and stroll. The well-stocked supermarkets and small shops in the village offer all things for everyday needs. The numerous small white and fine sand beaches of the east coast that fall gently into the sea can be reached quickly by car. There is something for every taste, from very lively with good infrastructure to lonely small bays that are often deserted even in the main season.
Your vacation begins when the automatic gate of the 7th 100 m² property opens and you drive by car along the small stone path to the finca “Bona Sort”. The entire property captivates with typical Mediterranean planting. On the entire property you can explore and enjoy the Mallorcan nature between numerous different palm trees, fig, almond, oleander bushes and much more.
You can expect about 200 m² of loving design on one level. Many small accessories, the light walls, the terracotta tiles and the tasteful furniture ensure a pleasant feeling of living in light-flooded rooms. You can reach all rooms centrally via the entrance and corridor area. In addition to the three bedrooms with double and single beds, fitted wardrobes and TV, a bathroom with shower en suite, a bathroom with bathtub en suite, a guest toilet and a spacious living / dining area with attached kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, in the basement there is a washing machine with a clothes horse and ironing board.
The three bedrooms designed as small suites (master suite with integrated bathroom and large double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a suite with integrated shower room and 2 (adjustable) single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) and one another suite with separate toilet and 2 (also combinable) single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) offer sufficient enough individual space and personal retreat options and each have their own terrace with direct access to the pool and the Mediterranean garden. The spaciousness of the finca is perfect for everyone who wants to spend a harmonious holiday alone or with their children, with their parents or with friends. The two other sun and shade terraces on the living / dining area with barbecue grill and in the pool area offer enough space for being together. The 8 x 4 m pool with comfortable Roman entrance and outdoor shower invites you to refresh. Depending on how you like, you can choose between sunny and shady places on the many terrace areas and relax from everyday stress.
In the hot season, the Persians protect all rooms from the sun's rays and still ensure pleasant fresh air. The bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning. The cozy open fireplace in the living / dining area and the oil central heating in all rooms create a cozy atmosphere in the cooler seasons.
