We were a group of friends and had a truly wonderful time here. The villa is the perfect place for both relaxation and fun – the beautiful surroundings, silence, and privacy allow for complete relaxation, and the space is perfect for spending evenings together. Everything was as described and in the photos, and even better than we expected! The house is very well-kept, clean, and well-equipped – you can feel right at home here. The hosts are helpful, friendly, and always available, which made the stay hassle-free. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, peace, and a family atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and spacious villa with its own pool. While not brand new, it's acceptable for the price. Linens (towels and bed linen) were advertised as being changed twice a week. This only happened once a week, but that was OK. Contact with the owner was straightforward.

Close to the beach. A 10-second walk. Each room has its own bathroom, and the pool was simply fantastic. Off-season, you can go on some great hikes. The location is simply fantastic for an active holiday! Everything you need is right on site; you didn't miss anything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa. The location is quiet and peaceful, so was great for a relaxing holiday. The villa itself was clean and had all necessary amenities. A bottle of wine was also left for our arrival along with coffee, tea and some cooking ingredients. Sofronio was very helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the villa, contacting the owner who arrived quickly to let us in. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Small point though…if travelling with small children, extra vigilance is required as the doors are easy to unlock and there is no safety around the pool. However, this did not detract from our enjoyment of the property.

The swimming pool, table tennis, pool table where worn out, way beyond their expiration date. Some filters were not working. The bed mattresses of the double beds were terrible, it was like cardboards over springs. Didn't manage to get full time sleep not even for 1 night. Spent some nights on the couch. The owner was visiting every morning to clean the pool, clearly was not giving us full privacy and actually admitted that he was suspicious of Cypriots booking the villas. Descriptions not accurate. There is not sofa couch, frappe maker and apparenty the AC is fixed to 26 degrees. AC on the lounge is charged extra apparently and keeps turning off every 2 hours. Eos Travel were responding back politely but owner was clearly defensive with anything we were doing in the villa. Good luck to anyone renting. .

The villa was just as described, fab location, within walking distance to a lovely restaurant, Santa Barbara, and also Caretta Caretta bar. The pool was cleaned the day after we arrived, and then checked daily by the lovely owner. The owner arrived within minutes of us having a small query regarding the air conditioning. Overall a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to return!

very good stay. 2 restaurants within walking distance. the house is fine, really nothing to say. the location is ideal for a week at the beach, however a bit far from tourist activities. The owner is very responsive and friendly

Spacious villa fully equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. The pool is a good size and set in a pretty garden. The area is quiet other than the obligatory cockerel dawn chorus from the neighbouring property! The nearest beach is stony and its difficult to swim in the sea but good food served at local restaurants and friendly locals. I would recommend a hire car.

Spacious and well laid out and with a good sized pool. The Villa is well equipped and is close enough to walk to the nearest narrow beach and beach bar. The Villa has been cleaned well and looked after, but is in need of a little updating (please replace the washing line!). The kitchen is well equipped with a good oven , microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is out of the way, upstairs and is clearly pretty new. The main bedroom is particularly spacious and has a nice balcony. The main balcony is a lovely sitting area, although it could do with an umbrella. Overall, this was incredible value for a Oct/Nov half term break.
