Elite, Spectacular Villa Enormous HEATED Pool Gym Excellent Location - Sleeps 15

Great pool and views but given the amount paid for this holiday it is very over rated and over priced. Had other cheaper villa holidays locally and got everything expected and more but Not here. Villa not fully clean internally, basement area especially in gym are not cleaned. Outside BBQ area not cleaned. Outside pool chairs and loungers old and falling to pieces, and we set some aside we thought were dangerous. No external gardening all the time we were there and didn’t look like garden been attended to for some time, grass uncut , plants dying in borders, irrigation switched off, weeds growing through drives, rubbish left lying around. Pool cleaned twice but faulty pool light not fixed properly until the end. Timber dining table and some chairs falling apart. External soffits and trims faulty and well stained and nomaintenance. No umbrellas around the pool even though stands left lying around. Pool lining a bit poor in places and the separate overspill pool area very dirty. Internally no information pack so when we we got there we didn’t now how to switch on lights and had to ring for help. Antiquated electrical key switch operation for the whole house which switched off fridge and freezer contents every time we all went out. Had problems with the basement electrics we we eventually had to sort out. No a/ c in gym area and equipment old so not used.foul smell from front upstairs en suite bathroom, faulty toaster and one dining chair fell apart whilst on it. Call me.

We stayed at Villa Koshinas to celebrate a milestone birthday with the extended family. We finally made it to Cyprus 4th time lucky - Covid had disrupted 2 years in a row, then we had a baby … but we were able to celebrate this year! Ages ranged from 1 to 83 with 12 of us staying with teenagers too. There was something for everyone - the amazing pool with stunning views. The terrace all around the villa meant you were able to have your own space if you wanted it. Plenty of bedrooms the majority of which had their own bathrooms with shower. Communication was amazing. We had a slight issue on the first night, but we contacted the owner and things were sorted extremely quickly - could not fault the response. The villa is in a fantastic location with amenities a short drive away. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we treated it like our home! I’m sure we’ll be back!

We were so pleased with this property, it’s a beautiful villa, extremely clean and in a lovely location. A car is essential but there is so much to do at the Villa, and the pool is beautiful with panoramic views. Would highly recommend.

Large property with beautiful views - has a large swimming pool. The hot tub you pay extra for; the villa itself is beautiful and accommodated us beautifully But getting tired.....so in need of updating.

Absolutely fabulous villa...certainly the best in the area! Stunning views, gorgeous pool and outside area and plenty of space inside. Kitchen area was very well stocked with all equipment and the BBQ area was excellent. There are so many entertainment spaces...we were spoilt for choice! Each morning we woke up, we were blown away by the views from the property and the peace and quiet was stunning. The area around the property was full of fruit trees - so many to choose from! Only negatives for us, no UK TV service, fabulous massage baths were not used because filters were not clean and we sometimes struggled for hot water. These issues were not massive and the brilliance of the villa far made up for any negatives! Was very sorry to leave the property!

Having just returned from Villa Koshinas, all I can say is WOW!!! This is a very special place. Firstly the villa itself is amazing, and it is maintained to a very high standard. Being a party of 12 (4 small children & 8 adults) The villa layout was perfect. The pool area is awesome and very generous in size. This is where we spent almost all our time. The villa had everything we needed & more. On arrival we were met by Kyriakos & his lovely wife, they showed us around and demonstrated how things worked, such as: the cooker & jucczi bath. A lovely welcome pack was provided, much appreciated when arriving late on a Sunday evening. The next morning we got to experience the stunning views for the first time - totally breathtaking. Being situated on top of a hill, Villa Koshinas provides 360 degree views. From the rolling hills across to the deep blue sea. The villa was outstanding we felt very reluctant to leave, however we did enjoy a lovely breakfast on the seashore at the Fly Again pub. Provided as part of our package. After a shopping trip at the bigger supermarkets of Paphos, the local shops especially the bakery provided all our everyday needs. Everyone we met in the locality, were friendly, helpful & accommodating. All in all my whole family had a wonderful holiday in this stunning villa. We cannot recommend this gorgeous holiday home highly enough. We will be booking again very soon.
