Villa Trobadors - with private swimming pool

Disappointed with the stay at this Vrbo. There was only AC in the living room and one of the bedrooms and the AC barely made a difference. All other rooms were very hot. The house smelled like sweat and there were ants in many of the rooms. The “pool guy” showed up without any warning on our first morning there and just walked straight into the house, making everyone uncomfortable. The beds weren’t very comfortable either.At the end of the day, it was a place to stay and it kept us out of the house doing stuff.Definitely would not stay again.

The villa and the pool was good, and the location just 100m from the beach was perfect. Unfortunately the aircondition was very under dimensioned. The description said aircondition, but there was only aircon in the sitting room and in the master bedroom. The price for this villa was so high, that we expected aircon in all 6 bedrooms, compared to other villas we have rented. The result was, that people on first floor had to move their madresses down to the sitting room, to be able to sleep, and we opened all doors on ground floor using 5 fans to blow cold air into the 3 bedrooms. Nice Place to stay. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed every single day. The Communication was very good. Everything was like in the Description. Awesome -

The villa itself is pretty nice. My main issues were that the rooms are not well ventilated. The listing claims the place is air conditioned but in reality this only applies to the living room and one of the bedrooms. The rest have very weak fans that make little difference and 3 bedrooms on ground floor have a damp smell. Other than that the villa itself is pretty good a little smaller than the photos show but very convenient for the beach and centre of arenal. Portic themselves were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very easy. Great for travelling as a group and would be even better if they can fix those ventilation issues. -

Casa completa bien ubicada. Le faltaría poder acceder con vehículos ya qué hay momentos de día que se dificulta aparcar en la calle. También los vecinos son muy sensibles a los ruidos, hasta se quejan por jugar al Ping-Pong a las 18:30hs. -

Zeer mooie en ruime villa, niks op aan te merken. Bij vragen kan je Portic altijd heel gemakkelijk bereiken en ze geven meestal snel en goed antwoord. Kortom een prima verblijf gehad in El Arenal! -

Goed verzorgd huis en ligt op een toplocatie dichtbij de strip. Zwembad is ook top en binnenin de villa genoeg ruimte. Aanrader dus! -

Een super villa! Nette kamers, complete keuken, mooi zwembed en alle ruimte. -
