Villa Sun - charming villa, heated pool, full privacy, wedding, near Dubrovnik

From booking to departure our stay at this beautiful villa has been a joy. Tonća is the perfect host, not only from the point of view of communication, but also the warmth of the welcome we received when we arrived, to the periodic gifts she left - fruit, home baked cake and other wonderful surprises.As for the Villa, the location is perfect. Less than a five minute drive from the airport, and not much more from the wonderful town of Cavtat. Well equipped, clean and comfortable, the absolute highlight is the outdoor space, the pool, patio and gardens being beautifully presented. The airport noise is in no way intrusive.You’ll probably want a car to make the most of your stay, although it is possible to walk to Cavtat via a path through the trees at the bottom of the garden. Cavtat itself is a gem - beautiful, with a relaxed vibe and some wonderful seafront restaurants.A truly memorable holiday at a wonderful villa - thank you Tonća!

Beautiful spacious villa, great pool and gardens Very tranquil setting despite proximity to airport and it is run by lovely people...we had a lovely stay...highly recomended.

This house is seriously amazing, one of my best rentals ever (& I have done a lot). It's huge, super clean & really beautiful. I couldn't have been happier. The Terrace is so gorgeous it's hard to tear yourself away. However, you can do the walk into Cavtat from just outside the house, the supermarket is only 8 mins walk (There is a shortcut) and the restaurant (Domestico) is fantastic too. The garden & pool lights up at night which is just magical. Garden full of orange & olive trees. Close to the airport but you can hardly hear the planes. And then there is Tonca, she is the best host. Very communicative throughout, helpful with everything & also lovely. We had a mis-hap & she couldn't have been more kind & reassuring. She even bought us a leaving gift. Thank you so much Tonca. You should book this!

Beautiful villa, gardens and pool, just as pictures, a home from home with all the little extras thought of. Tonca and her husband are wonderfully kind hosts, with nothing too much trouble, arranging airport pick ups / drop offs, baking us a lovely cake and leaving a bowl of fruit for us. Nice resturant and supermarket in easy walking distance of villa. Walked into Cavtat once but used taxi s on other occasions due to the heat, which were reasonably priced. Enjoyed the beach in Cavtat and a trip to Dubrovnik on the boat. Hope to return and would definitely recommend.

We travelled as 2 couples and spent our last 5 nights here. The location was so peaceful despite being so close to the airport. The gardens and pool were just the perfect place to chill after travelling around Croatia. Tonca is a lovely lady and is very friendly and helpful. The local restaurant and supermarket are just a 2 minute drive away and the food is amazing, we ate there almost every night, great choice too. Would highly recommend Villa Sun ☀️

We had a fantastic 12 day stay at Villa Sun.Tonca was very kind and helpful, she was very thoughtful and left us a very welcome platter which was much appreciated. The Villa is ideally situated for both Cavtat, which is beautiful, and the airport, so nice not to have to travel far to the airport and yet the Villa was so peaceful! The Villa itself was perfect for the 4 of us, very clean, the pool was great, setting lovely, very easy to travel to other places, we couldn't fault it and would love to come back to again. Thank you for having us, we had a fantastic time.

The best villa we have ever stayed in. Lovely quiet village but a supermarket and great restaurant within 10 min walk. Cavtat short drive away- blown away by its beauty. Dubrovnik within easy reach too. Beautiful spacious villa, fully air con and wonderful pool. Quality furniture, plentiful amenities and the hosts were just delightful. We will be back. Very sad to leave.

The villa is set in a quiet village with a supermarket just 10 minutes walk away. Although it is close to the airport, you do not really hear the planes. Tonja the host is very good, calling one evening with cakes that she had made, and also giving gifts to us on leaving. It was a real help that they picked us up at the airport and even took us to the supermarket after getting to the villa. The villa was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils. Everything was just what we wanted. I cannot express how happy we all were with the villa. I would definitely recommend this villa to someone wishing to go there.

We were with 7 people for 7 days in the villa and had a great stay! We had lots of space, the flat and kitchen were equipped with everything we needed! We were also very grateful for the air conditioning in all rooms. The outdoor area with the pool was also great! We also had several barbecues there! The landlords were very nice, always answered quickly and helped us well. Thank you very much for everything!

This is the most beautiful property and location. So tranquil but within easy reach of amenities. Owners could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Everything you need is catered for. All of my party of 7 would happily stay again and recommend. Miss it already!
