Located 60 kilometers from Avignon and 12 kilometers from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche, this 230 m2 villa is nestled on the heights of Barjac. Picturesque village classified as a village of character and renowned for its Antiquities and Flea markets in Easter and in summer.

1 minute by car from the city center (6 minutes on foot), you will find many shops of all kinds, a multitude of bistros and restaurants as well as a shopping center (crossroads).
r>With a breathtaking view of the Cévennes and Mont Lozère, the villa will allow you to spend a relaxing holiday, in peace under the oaks, with the sound of cicadas as background noise.

The villa is composed of 2 offset levels with on the upper level a large room which includes living room, dining room, kitchen. A work desk with an iMac computer available, a laundry room, a small lounge (convertible sofa for the 9th and 10th people if necessary), a WC.

On the lower level you will find the sleeping and resting area with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 1 gym and access to the swimming pool.
All rooms have access to the garden with a children's swing.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The villa has a terrace with panoramic view of 100 m2 with dining table and garden furniture. A professional plancha is available.
