Villa Stanka - 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, gym, game room, pool with Whirlpool

Great villa in a convenient location. Host very helpful and informative.

We loved staying at this villa. It had a spacious pool, jacuzzi, gym and a balcony with stunning views. Mladen, the owner, was friendly and helpful. The rooms were of good quality, and were equipped well for a family of 6. The location was also convenient, enabling us to explore Split and surrounding areas. There were minor issues, but nothing that spoilt our visit. We would just suggest the electric gate be fixed and having maid service halfway through a 1 week stay. This really helped when we stayed in other accommodation. Otherwise, we would highly recommend staying in this beautiful villa, if you are planning to visit Split.

The property is exactly as, if not even better than described in the listing. The pictures are a very true representation of the villa and its surroundings. We were there celebrating a special family birthday and made full use of the pool and jacuzzi, table tennis and gym room. Mladen is a great host, extremely responsive to all of our questions, and helped us out by arranging a trip to the Krka Falls, and transfers to and from the airport and into Split as well. We thoroughly recommend this as a great place to stay.

The villa is huge, modern and clean. Beds are huge and comfy, the scenery is amazing. Hills behind you, marina/sea front in front. Villa host is a great guy, extremely friendly, picked us up and took us to the airport too for cheap. He is also very knowledgable and has contacts for activities. Would stay here again 100%

A lovely bright and spacious villa. Owner was easy to communicate with, gave us directions to find it although we missed the turning, and was on hand if we needed anything without being intrusive. We stayed in early May so the pool was a little cold but a good size. It was the same depth throughout so about 5ft. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed. We were able to visit Split and Trogir easily and had a day trip to Mostar. Grocery shops were close by. Glad we chose this villa and thank you for the welcome, food platter and beer.

The house is really nice with 4 big bedrooms and all the necessary equipments. The only small bad point was that the address is not well indicated and we took 30 minutes to find the place. After that, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi are great and the view is awesome. There was no problem at all during our stay and the communication with the owner is easy. 15 to 20 minutes to go to Split center (14€ by Uber) and there is Spar and Lidl at less than 10 minutes. Just they kept the caution while there was two small damages but I will give 5 stars for the overall experience.
