Stayed Feb 1, 2026Villa was immaculate! Plenty of cookware, bedding and space to relax. Laundry is a 2 min walk. Beach is less than 5.

Stayed Jul 13, 2023The property is small but functional. The neighborhood is well kept, however the villas are very close one each other and privacy is affected. The beach is nearby and is a real beauty with white sand and turquoise water. Small grocery and only two restaurants in the vicinity

Stayed Dec 28, 2025We had a wonderful three week stay. Great location and the beach is really incredible. The villa was very clean and provided most everything we needed. This was a working vacation for us so having a very reliable wifi was very important and we had no issues. We also met a lot of very nice people in villas which seems to have great community.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Second time staying here. The location works great for us and the owner is very responsive at answering our questions. The home is perfect for our family who love the easy access to the beautiful white sand beach. People that stay/live there are friendly and even alerted us to a rocket launch that was happening , which was pretty cool to witness.

Stayed Mar 27, 2024Comfortable and cozy villa provided a great base from which to enjoy Treasure Cay. Neighborhood pool and beach area were great. Met many friendly visitors. Unable to get a golf cart but found the walk to Bahamas Beach Club to be quite enjoyable along the beautiful beach.
