Stayed Apr 12, 2026Perfect house for 2 couples- very spacious, clean and private. Nice outdoor patio space. Short walk/golf cart ride to pool and beach. Quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Mar 29, 2026An awesome trip made even better by a great property. The location, property conditions (interior is essentially brand new), supplies and communication with the host made the trip easy. The house is a short walk (maybe 200 meters) from the pool and beach, and easy access to the other areas in Treasure Cay. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, comfortable furnishings, information about surrounding activities and the owner even had pool floats, tubes and snorkel equipment that could be used during the stay. Although we did not have any need for it, the house has a generator in case of power outages. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and was knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend, and the rest of the family already wants to return.

Stayed Jan 14, 2026The villa is in a super convenient location. A short golf cart ride to the beach, local restaurants, grocery store, and the marina for a boat ride. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Has lots of games for a game night in with your family/friends. Chasity is extremely responsive when you call/message her. Look forward to the next time we come back to this BEAUTIFUL island!

Stayed Aug 11, 2025Property was as described and we experienced no issues during our week-long stay. Chasity was quick to respond to any and all questions that we had.Overall, a quiet and peaceful location (at least in August ). Having a back-up generator also gave us some peace of mind in the event that the power went out (it did for a short time twice during the early morning hours).While in the Treasure cay (‘key’) area, be sure to stop by Cafe La Florence and Coops! Wally’s in town (Marsh Harbor) is also worth a visit as is the Jib Room.
