Villa Silena - Magnificent villa with private pool, close to the sea

Great Villa in a quiet location.Very helpful and flexible check in, with great communication from Sergio and Andreas.Very clean and comfortable.Aircon worked well and black out blinds helped to ensure a very restful nights sleep.Well appointed and perfect for our stay.

Very nice, every thing just worked perfect

Terrific home located in the South of Sardinia. Home was clean, modern, and well-equipped. 10 min drive to a nearby beach. Pool was clean and wonderful to have. Host is very responsive. Perfect home for a group of 6. Neighborhood is very quiet and beds, pillows, and shower pressure were good as well.

10 out of 10! Sergio’s villa is wonderful for families. Clean,spacious, well equipped, super nice pool and wonderful outdoor BBQ and dining area. It sits in a beautiful area with easy access to the beach towns (minutes away ) We hiked and swam in the amazing sea. Also did a snorkeling adventure. Another highlight was a local fruit and vegetable stand. Highly recommend!

We really liked our stay. Amazing view on the breezy terrace. The place was clean and well equipped and has a wonderful Swimming Pool. The air conditioning system was efficient and not noisy. We used it night time and it help us to have a good sleep. Bedrooms were nice as the Bathrooms with good water pressure. The 2nd bedroom could do with a topper mattress as we found it a little hard. It took us time to get used with the recycling system ? but managed after all. We wanted to used the bbq but it was too dirty to use it ?. We thought that umbrellas would have been nice to have by the pool but it gets shady in the afternoon so we spend our mornings in a different beach everyday, which is easier to park and easily accessible in 10mn time. Sergio provides beach umbrellas (4) and 2 beach chairs +1 now as we bought one. Overall it was an amazing holiday for all of us. We loved The Villa and surroundings.

Perfect house close to beautiful beaches

Villa is located in a quiet, newly developed area around 10min from beaches, supermarket etc. well appointed, overlooking the area facing the sea. nice sea views included. the place itself was very nice and clean. Fairly spacious house with 3 bedrooms, all airconditioned, 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower. The living room is light with a well equipped kitchen. Internet (as per usual in Italy it seems) is a bit spotty at times but compared to other places we've stayed at pretty good: we were even able to hook up our chromecast device to the tv and stream video. The garden boasts a nice pool (although could be a bit cleaner), sun loungers, an outdoor gas BBQ and a washing machine. Supermarket about 10min drive; various very nice beaches the same. For dinner there's various options within 15min from the house and in Villasimius (a vibrant but in our view not the most beautiful town) but we found that it's actually worth the trip (~50m) to Cagliari and do aperitivo + dinner in the city. On your way there, you will be able to spot hundreds of flamingos that reside in the salt lakes close to Cagliari. Easy to combine with one of the many beach clubs/beaches at Poetto. In all, we had a lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay in the nice villa. It was new and very clean. Nice garden and pool. Nice view as well. Sometimes you can hear the traffic at the road but we were not bothered with it. The 3rd room is a little bit small. But for just sleeping it was ok.
