Beautiful villa in a perfect location. We could always find a part of the property in sun or shade, depending on preference. The view from the upstairs terrace was spectacular at all times of the day. Easy walk into Sutivan, bit harder coming back up the hill, but justified the ice-cream. Enjoyed the pomegranates, lemons, figs, peppers and tomatoes from the garden. Boris was a very kind and helpful host.

We had a fab time at the Villa and all was in great order. The views are spectacular and Boris was very responsive whenever we had a question for him. Amazing place and gorgeous Island.

Villa Sea Orchard stole our hearts. I wish I was still sitting on that roof terrace watching the incredible view over the water and hills as the sun set. Everything is perfect. The Villa and pool area are spotlessly clean and you have all you need for a blissful holiday. We made great use of the gorgeous pool and the outdoor dining area with bbq. Boris is a wonderful host. Warm and welcoming on arrival and quick to respond to every question. Sutivan restaurants and bars are a 15-20 minute walk away and a lovely taxi driver called Andrea would drive us home at night to save us the walk uphill in the dark. Honestly can’t say enough good things. We didn’t want to leave this gorgeous place!

Great stay, in a lovely villa surrounded by orchards. We enjoyed tomatoes melons, figs and limes, but there were loads of other fruits and veg ripening. An easy 15 minutes walk down into Sutivan, which is a really pretty harbour town. A harder 20 mins back up the hill! The villa is well equipped in general, though could do with some hanging space for clothes in the master bedroom. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Boris was very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed a great week at this lovely villa - the pool set-up was perfect for families, the younger ones can splash in the shallower pool very safely. The view is second to none! And the air conditioning was much appreciated in the heat wave. Boris was very helpful and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Stayed at Boris’ amazing villa with my adults children. The location is very private, set amidst olive and fruit trees, with spectacular views of the sea and Croatian mainland ( sea and mountains). The villa is just as described, with high spec fixtures and very well equipped for relaxing in several areas outside and in, around the bbq, or the pool, or on the first floor enormous terrace with hot tub. Beds are all very comfortable and everything was spotless. Boris cleans the pool several times a week, but is not intrusive at all, he was so kind and nothing was too much. Sutivan, a lovely 15 mins walk ( a couple of steep hills), is a small and beautiful friendly harbour town with pebble beaches (rubber shoes v useful), several restaurants and bars. All was ideal, so relaxing and we thoroughly recommend this villa as it was in every way the perfect place.

I almost don't want to give a good review so other people don't book it when we want it in the future! Seriously, it's a spacious, clean property with amazing view over to Split. I'm already missing sitting up on the terrace with a glass of wine watching the lights twinkling. Boris is a really nice host who came to meet us, twice offered to come over right away for a couple of issues (our fault not his) and wated to know everything was ok. The villa is really well stocked too, in terms of things like plates, cups, cutlery, utensils. Aircon works well and the gardens are really nice and well kept. You can pick your own fruit & vegetables. Highly recommended and thank you Boris!

Hosts very helpful

The villa is located on a hill with steep access. However the house and the views from the terraces and the pool area beats everything. You have a fool package: infinity pool, sea and mountains and all of that in a beautiful surrounding of the olive orchard. We were two families with kids who enjoyed the pool area very much. You have slowly descending pool to the main pool which is great if you have smal kids. The house is quite new so there are absolutely no objections to the fit out. The host - Boris is really friendly and helpful. Great place overall. Recommended. P.S. EnjoyIng the fresh figs from the garden in the morning with a cup of coffee - what a great start of the day!
