Welcome to Villa Rayito, your house in Lanzarote at the gates of La Geria and Timanfaya. In a rural environment from which you can see the traditional white houses of Uga, the intensity of the volcanic land of Timanfaya and some of the most characteristic nuances of the landscape of Lanzarote, Villa Rayito stands out for its avant-garde architecture. Housing with a Vacation Housing license The Villa, facing south and protected from trade winds, has a constructed area of 250m2, of which 50 are a basement (for private use as a warehouse). The habitable zone is located on one floor, which in the Canary Islands is known as terraced house, being the basement ground floor and the upper terrace. The farm has 1,000 m2 and is open to the landscape, closing with a low wall in its perimeter. It is accessed by a private street and has two parking spaces under a pergola.
The pool, 11 meters long and a maximum depth of 185 cm, can be illuminated at night and, with a small supplement, be heated to a maximum temperature of approx. 27 degrees Ask us. The solarium, with synthetic wood flooring, has hammocks with a mat. We put at your disposal a gas barbecue. Through the lounge area you access a covered terrace, at the foot of the pool, with sofas and outdoor dining room with table and chairs for 6 people. Services and common areas
The house has 3 bedrooms, each with its private dressing room and two of them with en suite bathroom. The third bathroom is located in the hallway to serve both the bedroom and the rest of the common areas. All bathrooms have a shower.
The bedrooms have 34 cm mattresses. high comfort and natural down comforters. There is hot / cold air conditioning in all of them. They are completed with an armchair and the main one with an auxiliary table. On the bedside tables there are reading lamps. Bedroom 3 is presented with a double bed with two mattresses of 90; upon request it can be separated into twin beds, and must be indicated before arrival.
There is Wifi in the house. Being a rural area, the speed of the internet service is limited, but enough to navigate without difficulties, and even download music or movies from your favorite provider.
The fully equipped kitchen has a central cooking island with induction hobs, dishwasher, 7 kg washing machine, fridge with freezer, pyrolytic oven, microwave oven, blender, toaster and all the basic elements so you can cook. There is an annex dining room with TV and table for 6 people. There is an outdoor space enabled as a clothesline.
The living room, double height, is surrounded by windows with translucent blinds that provide privacy without diminishing luminosity .; It has a 7-seater panoramic sofa, a 55 TV, air conditioning, a stereo and a play-station 3 that will serve as a video player.
The house is decorated in a modern and functional way, with some interesting works of art that we ask you to take special care of.
The house has an alarm service (securitas direct) with interior sensors with a camera, which can be covered if you think they reduce privacy. We will give you a quick explanation of how to use the alarm and you can even choose not to use it.
