Villa Poropati, Groznjan - Luxury Countryside Estate up to 19 persons 80m2 pool

We were a group of 16 persons with children and really enjoyed our stay at Villa Poropati. Rajko the owner was the perfect landlord and really cared about us. The villa is beautiful, clean and with lots of nice details. It is located in remote place in Poropati where you have absolutely privacy, but also can stay out longer without disturbing anyone. I can highly recommend this house!

We Visited Villa Poroparti in a group of 11 Adults and 2 children. We enjoyed being there in this beautiful Place. Next Time we will come longer. Thank you Rajko for everything!

A group of 14 of us stayed at Villa Poropati in August 2018. We had the most amazing time. The Villa is in a beautiful spot, no immediate neighboring properties, surrounded by beautiful fields and with a beautiful view over the countryside. It has been thoughtfully and beautifully refurbished, with all most modern amenities present (air con in all rooms, protection from mosquitoes on all windows, TV/DVD player, play station, books available, utility room has washing machine and dryer, kitchen has all things you can think about present, swimming pool comes with gadgets for kids as well). We truly had the most amazing time! Villa is very spacious and we never felt on top of each other, there was plenty of space for everyone. Rajko the owner was always available and helped with information and instructions along the way. If you are looking for a little slice of paradise, then you will truly find it at this amazing villa!

Wir (4 Familien) hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa Poropati. Von der ersten Sekunde an fühlten wir uns sehr wohl und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Anlage und Ausstattung ist einmalig und der Gastgeber steht stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Everything declared on the add was there. The owner Reiko did his job very well, we phoned him and he ordered a table at a local Restaurant. We (11 students stayed at the villa(s) as our school leaving exam trip) and Reiko didn't have a problem with that, which is not self-evident! Summing up, my classmates and i can recommend the house!

Warm welcome, great place to stay. The whole property well designed, rooms spacious and clean. All with en-suite bathroom.The whole interior excellent. Great customer service by Mr.Macura. Many perfect recommendations for restaurants. Perfect recommendation for larger groups up to 14 people.

Wenn sie eine Villa mit den Lichtspielen und besonderen Designlösungen wünschen, dann besuchen sie unbedingt die Villa Poropati. Wenn sie den Architekten und Besitzer persönlich kennenlernen möchten, dann fahren sie genau dorthin. Nämlich, Herr Rajko Macura ist das alles in einer Person und vieles mehr. Zum Beispiel, der netteste Besitzer, immer bereit zu helfen und zu arrangieren alles, was man sich wünscht und immer erreichbar.

We arrived a group of 14 inclusive kids for a few relaxing days. Rajko prepared a very warm wellcome introducing the fantastic houses and the wonderful garden and pool area. A perfect equipped kitchen and spotless clean rooms tasteful furnished. Rajko himself was always available and organized local wines with local prize. Following his recommandation for restaurants is what you have to go for. We certainly will come back to this great Istria hideaway.

Beautiful villa providing everything you could want. A fabulous retreat from a busy London life.

A large well restored and appointed villa. Quiet rural location, beautiful house, lovely spaces inside and out, good quality furnishings and fittings. Clean, really well maintained, and highly recommended. Owner nearby was v helpful and spoke excellent English. Pool was not heated when I visited, but would be most inviting on a hot day.
