A spacious lounge with a stone fireplace, tables, and chairs, as well as a professional kitchen, offer plenty of space to enjoy time together. The rooms and the entire house are elegantlyfurnished with great attention to Tuscan tradition.

The villa is arranged as follows: On the ground floor, there is a double room with an en-suite bathroom, suitable for guests with reduced mobility and with a private entrance. There is also an apartment of about 50 sqm with a large double bedroom with wardrobe, kitchenette, bathroom, and storage room. A large communal dining area with a professional kitchen is also available. Upstairs, you will find four double rooms with private bathrooms, plus another bedroom with balcony, bathroom, minibar, and private entrance.

Outside, a large fenced park awaits you with panoramic views, sun loungers, a table with chairs, table tennis, and a whirlpool. From spring 2016, a new pool is also available next to the whirlpool. The property is ideal for a holiday near the sea and offers easy access to the charming villages of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci.
