Villa Persephone (beachfront villa with 3 bedrooms and stunning sea view)

What a fabulous place to stay. If you can book a stay at this villa then do so you won't be disappointed. We have just stayed here for a week. The villa is in an excellent location steps from the beach and the beautiful tavernas. The villa has everything and I mean everything you need to enjoy your holiday. It is spotlessly clean and has the most beautiful views from the upstairs patio area. Persephone is a fabulous host and nothing is too much trouble. There is a supermarket a short walk away from the villa and it sells everything you could need. The beach is spotless with plenty of sunbeds. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this villa. Thankyou Persephone ...see you soon.

With a beautiful sea view from the balcony and bedroom, Villa Persephone is a home away from home, furnished comfortably. The host Persephone is very attentive and I’m sure is happy to help with anything at all. The villa has excellent A/C, is very clean indeed, and has a great washing machine. It is well supplied with linens and beach towels. The balcony is so comfortable and has shade morning and evening and sun in the afternoon. It is just a few steps from the beach and restaurants and beach bars, but is also very quiet. It’s a nice 15 min walk to the start of Skiathos Town wih a ton of great restaurant choices. Persephone even arranged our transfer taxis.

Beautiful home with everything we could possibly need. Persa was so kind and always available to help. Comfortable beds, towels provided and replaced as needed. Lovely balconies and stunning view. Fully equipped kitchen. So glad we found this gem!

This was a beautiful villa that met all of our expectations. The three bedrooms are spacious allowing us to unpack and relax for the holiday. Each came with a hotel quality robe and slippers. The bathrooms were well appointed with the main bathroom providing all supplies needed as well as a selection of pharmacy products for any medical needs. The kitchen was perfect for putting together snacks and small meals. We spent every night on the terrace with cocktails and snacks overlooking the beautiful ocean and islands. Truly perfect.With all of this, the true highlight of our trip was Persa - our host. She was beyond amazing providing everything from airport pickup, organizing taxis as well as all of our excursions. She is an amazing woman and truly a private concierge that made our entire trip priceless.

Villa Persephone is stunning. Located a 10 second walk from the beach and a balcony with a sea view you are truly in for a treat. Everything you needed was provided and Persa the host is outstanding and an all round lovely person. Worth every single penny! Thank you so much for a great stay!

This is a standout property in a wonderful location. The property was exceptional for cleanliness, facilities, comfort, supplies and location. We have travelled extensively and stayed in many properties but have rarely been so spoiled! Our host couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was pleasant. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Most important thing to say is if there is a better host out there than Persa then I would dearly love to meet them. The Villa itself is beautiful, well equipped and so close to the beach, but the fact that Persa goes to every effort possible to make your stay magnificent is truly remarkable. A wonderful lady that has the perfect balance of doing anything for you without intruding at all. Makes you feel like part of her family. Beautiful stay . We would go again just to see Persa . The villa is a good size for relaxing in, clean and tastefully decorated. 1 minute away from a beach and short stroll to centre of town so makes a perfect base for exploring the island from. Persephone was accommodating, friendly and extremely helpful - we couldn't have asked for more!

Absolutely wonderful, perfect villa, location and host.

Persephone, Athanasi, and Demetri were better hosts than one would expect from your own family. Persephone picked us all up at the airport to welcome us. The house was immaculate and so homey and functional for the five of us. The location was amazing. We rented a car but really didn’t need to. The surprise came for all of us when we got the remants of a hurricane in Skiathos on Sept 4-7/23. We got almost 700 mm of rain, lost electricity, water, and no internet for a couple of days. Persephone and her family were there to make sure we were ok and had enough water. She even washed our dishes outside from water in a well. This natural disaster was a surprise for all of us, but Persephone and her family ensured that we were safe and whole. I would not hesitate to return for a visit with my new “sister”.
